Stacy the manger was very rude and had bad attitude the chicken the breast had blood so needless to say worst kfc I have been too need to learn how to cook the chicken right this was a real disaster. Never again

I have low expectations for fast food customer service, but this KFC lowered them further. During my visit to this KFC on 8/19/2025, the drive-thru employee was particularly rude and insolent. I will go out of my way to visit other KFCs in the future.

I just bought a fill-up combo and the cookies didn't come, I asked and they told me there weren't any. I think they can add an extra piece of chicken or give me a large soda to make up for it, but they don't do anything.

Order online for delivery store did not include all my sides that I ordered and payed for. Driver even sent a picture of the sealed bags when he picked them up. Very nice driver. Called store and they refused to help or assist me with the issue. The fries were for my children as their side with their dinner. Rarely order from kfc because it seems like when there’s an issue they’re very unwilling to assist in fixing the problem a simple refund for the one side or even a credit for a side and I would have been happy
