On 11/4/2025 at 8:30 PM, I ordered three 2-piece meals through DoorDash pickup using the BOGO promotion and purchased an additional meal. When I opened the order, the chicken smelled strongly of old grease and was too hard to eat. Neither my daughter nor I could eat our meals.

I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager on duty. When I asked if the grease was old, she dismissed the concern and hung up. I called back and asked for her name to file a complaint; she refused to provide it. Throughout the call, she interrupted me, spoke over me, and did not seem concerned about the issue. As a frequent customer with no prior problems, I was disappointed by the lack of customer service, accountability, or willingness to address the food quality issue.

My intention wasn’t to request a refund, but simply to make management aware that something was wrong with the food that night. Instead, I encountered a manager who seemed overwhelmed, uninterested, and not guest-focused. I hope she has a better day tomorrow and approaches guests with more care and professionalism.

On a positive note, the young lady with the piercings at the drive-through window provided excellent service.

Walked in to try and order for dine in. Guy set he would be was in a minute. 5 minutes later he still was waiting on drive thru. Customers. He wasn't concerned with us whatsoever. We turned around and left. While we were there, you could see towards the back and it was filthy and had standing water with employees walking thru it. Nasty.

Haven’t tried this kfc in years because it went down hill . Tried it again today and I waited 20 mins at the speaker order the chicken tender meal and a single crispy chicken breast . They didn’t have a chicken breast ready at 3:20 in the afternoon . So they gave me 3 tenders and a biscuit . That’s fine no big deal but after waiting that long to order and then not having any crispy breast I get two rock hard biscuit that I threw away and old dry chicken tenders that I gave to my dogs . $20 bucks for a meal that just ended up being dog treats . Next time I’ll just go down the street to Culver’s and get a meal I won’t have to throw away .

Chicken was dried. Soda tasted like water with sugar. Ask for mac n cheese but got mashed potato instead. Do yall not know chicken has an expiration time. You can’t cook a bunch of chicken and let it just sit and dry out. That young girl working back there needs to stay her tail in the back if she doesn’t know proper customer service. They got ⭐️⭐️for service only because the gentleman working the register was nice.

absolutely disrespectful, my husband was trying to nicely read the lady our order and she kept raising her voice at him through the mic. We nicely told her we couldn’t hear her and she wants to continue on

Don’t like to wish bad on anyone, but this KFC needs to be shut down. I’m in the south but no southern hospitality from this location. Went through drive thru. Got charged for whatever they wanted. No vanilla in my Dr.pepper. No mashed potato balls. Charged for 4 famous bowls when I only ordered 2! I would love my money back. I go inside where there’s a door dasher getting bad service. Worker just stares at me, I tell her what I’m missing, she says there no mashed potato balls!! Turns around and walks away, like what!!!! Why not just say that instead of charging me for other stuff!!! Then the other rude worker just throws my pot pie on the counter, says it’s mine!!! Like girl, if I wouldn’t have walked in, I would’ve never received it!!!! Are you freaken kidding me!! Not to mention the conditions of the dirty kitchen they’re working in!!

How about putting a covering at the speaker so your customers don't have to get wet during increment weather. Next time an employee is rude or condescending to me I promise you'll remember my name your in customer service. You should act like it

Fast and delicious... I pass the KFC on N. Main, which is 5 minutes from my house, to go to the one in Sangaree 13 mins away! Their Staff is way better and you get what you actually ordered! Thanks!! See you next time!🙂

I ordered food one hour BEFORE they closed. They said they had no sides at all and only chicken. Why is this place still in business? The corporate better go tend to the lazy employees that work at this location ASAP!
