I’ve always been a huge fan of Kentucky Fried Chicken, I’m an even bigger fan of the extra crispy chicken recipe. The biscuits are always a big hit in my family, and the mac and cheese is pretty good. The restaurant was being kept pretty clean, and customer service was good, as far as my experience.

KFC used to be a great place to get dinner and bring it home for the family. Price went up and quality went down. I don't mind paying good money for good fresh food but to spend $25 on 12 piece bucket and the bucket isn't even half way full. Older, soggy tiny pieces of chicken. Ended up having to cook food after ordering takeout. Lesson learned KFC. Won't be back.

If I could give zero stars, I would. It’s absolutely ridiculous that orders can only be placed through the drive-thru, and the staff’s attitude was downright awful. The guy who took my order got pissed when I asked him to repeat himself, and the person who handed me my food was incredibly rude. Every single staff member was unfriendly and unprofessional, and the food was absolute garbage. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m never coming back here again.

Place a mobile order. Was informed was ready went to go in and get it was told to go in the drive thru. Went then was told they could not find and pull around that will be brought out 30 mins still nothing but people on their phones went back thru and wow was ready so never was brought out to us THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! They always get my order wrong it never fails I get a 4.99 combo 2 piece and sweet tea original always get give crispy or tenders 1 time or they give unsweet tea but they ALWAYS fix the issue so the customer service is fantastic there is 2 staff that seem to hate being there though makes me wonder but I digress food is as expected from fast food place greasy af but tastes fine overall 3☆ for the customer service alone

I placed a pick up order today for a family box with tenders and fried chicken with two sides. I got home and finished putting dinner together and went to put the food out and we didn’t have our tenders. When I called the store a man answered “hello” so I just confirmed it was KFC and he said yes. I let him know we didn’t receive the tenders and I just asked if we could just come pick them up. AND HE HUNG UP ON ME. i work food and bev as a manager and im very appalled on how he handled this. I will not be bringing my business back to this KFC. But for future pointers if this review is read and responded to…1) answer your call stating KFC Dorchester Rd How many I help you? 2) Access the situation from the call and if you can’t help them, ask them to hold and get someone who can 3) just apologize, we aren’t perfect I’ve messed up orders before to have corrected the situation but TO HANG UP. i cannot deal with that.
