Kinda very boring atmosphere. Service was impeccable. Sushi was really fresh and tasty. Do not recommend the egg drop soup it was the only thing that was terrible.Parking: Right in front of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Great with kids very friendly.
Out of all the times I’ve been here, our server Jenna’s positive attitude and professionalism yesterday is something that changed our experience for the better. We had come in a large party of 10 ppl and she always made sure everyone’s drinks were always refilled and that we weren’t missing any food. Such a wonderful

It's cheap and that shows in the food. It isn't horrible but if you care about the art of sushi and enjoy it then I'd recommend just going to a normal sushi place that isn't all your can eat. For just me I paid 39. You can get better quality sushi for that price.. but if you like all you can eat this is the place to go!

Thank you so much Jenna my best friend Lindy Hill and I will always come and ask for Jenna because she always goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. She even got us a price of sushi not on the menu!!! Thank you so
The buffet is expensive but the food is always fresh and good so no issues there. The restaurant appears clean & is reasonably comfortable. Staff --tho very polite --was a bit thin & at times, seemed to be scattered & disorganized. (Several times, different servers wandered around with our orders, confused, going from table to table asking who ordered them) It's still our favorite place to go so that says a lot.
Lunch prices good evening prices are very exspensive

We received service—Let’s go back a bit; around 6 months ago, we ATTEMPTED to dine at Kings Sushi on Dorchester Rd… we were seated and sat for just over 20 minutes before walking out. We had our rolls picked out and everything, the restaurant was lightly occupied and there were several floating associates but we received zero service.Today we returned—Sat by manager Adriana who promised us a solid experience. We were served by Preston, who was notified in advance of our previous dining experience. He took the note and situation to heart and took top notch care of us from his attention to our drinks to asking about the quality and making sure we had all we needed/wanted at healthy, regular intervals! This was about par with the service you’d expect at a Brazilian steakhouse… except that costs WAY MORE!The food—For an all you can eat buffet style sushi setting, I think it was a solid deal! If you want high end gourmet/authentic, you can ship your Happy Hyde off to Myles and Jun but that comes at a considerable premium and you’re going to wait! If you want a comfortable atmosphere where you can visit with your party, receive good service, order all you can eat and pay 35-40% less than your average middle of the road sushi joint, Kings is a solid choice!
The food was great! Portion sizes were perfect to try a lot of plates.(We had the all-you-can eat.) Our server was on point.Kid-friendliness: MIt was c
I'm not huge into sushi, so take this with a grain of salt, but my wife loves it, so we come here sometimes. There are some rolls that aren't overly-fishy that I can get into, and plenty of other non-sushi options on the menu. The Richmond roll is a favorite of mine, and honestly the crazy monkey roll was better than it sounds as an almost dessert type thing? Hibachi steak, noodles, and gyoza are all good.As I understand it, this (and its sister location in West Ashley) is the ONLY place in greater Charleston to get all-you-can-eat sushi, and providing that service alone is worth something.

This place has became such a staple with myself and friends. We come here about every other month it’s absolutely fabulous. It’s literally an all u can eat buffet for sushi what’s not to love! We always order apps, soups and two sets of rolls and we’re full. But do you get your moneys worth ABSOLUTELY!

I've been twice so far and will definitely keep returning. The price for AYCE really isn't bad when you consider how much single rolls are. Place was clean. Servers were very friendly. Highly recommend!
