I went for their 2:00 -4:00 special menu and had the best truffle risotto ever!!! My server was Sara and she was excellent! I took a piece of the Pineapple coconut cake and my oh my!!! Yummy! I look forward to going back!

First time, went earlier to check out the restaurant, Kelly was there to answer my questions and show me around. It was our 30th anniversary dinner. My wife was impressed just by walking in. The server, Andrew, was excellent. Choosing an entree was difficult, I went for the Boar that is roasted for 4 hours, thumbs up, wife selected the veal. The atmosphere is Italian! People talk! It is an experience worth trying again and selecting something different on the menu. I have been In and around Summerville since 1972 and this is fine dining. Love it! Will recommend it to friends and neighbors!

We chose La Rustica to celebrate my mom's 76th birthday and we had an amazing time with wonderful food and excellent service from Sam. Lemoncello Tieramisu is a must for the perfect finish to your meal. Love that this family owned gem is in our town!

Service is top notch. Food is ok but not your go to place for authentic Italian food. Got some lasagna to go and was very disappointed. Sent it back as it looked worse than a frozen lasagna from the grocery store.

I have been a customer since it opened and raved about the food to everyone. I haven’t been there in about a year due to circumstances. Went last night. My favorite was the lasagna. Last night it was serve in a dish with a small round center and looked like they scraped the bottom of the pan and plopped it in the center of the dish. There was one half piece a lasagna noodle’ sauce and one mushroom and not sure what else. It tasted okay but definitely not lasagna. Very disappointing.
Also, First time on the porch; very tight and the table was too small for 4 people. I will miss going there as the owners are wonderful people.

Super cute place. We went in and was greeted immediately. Unfortunately, because of that we didn't see all the charm inside because we sat out on the patio. We meant to go back in and check it out but forgot. Proportions were big. I had the chicken parmesan. It was a different texture that I'm used to as they make all fresh Italian food. The cannoli was the bomb I've never had such a good cannoli before. The crust was so light and flaky. So delicious. They are the bomb!

Best Italian cuisine! Loved the atmosphere and the grounds. The server was the sweetest ever. Service top notch. Food was absolutely spectacular. Chicken Parmesan and ravioli special beyond expectations! Chocolate cake for dessert was sublime! We will be back

We celebrated my husband’s birthday at La Rustica last night. We’ve been many times, and it is always exceptional. Last night was somehow even better!! Excellent service, incredible food…our favorite in Summerville for sure!

There is a wide variety of Italian specialties on the menu and our guests enjoyed their selections. Quality is consistently great!
