The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming! They have a great variety of supplements and meals to choose from and if you don't see what you need, they can order it in for you. My favorite place to get my supplements!

I went in this week and that Jordy guy is such a nice and genuine soul and super helpful, I will keep coming as long as he works there :)

This place is honestly a hidden gem, it’s a brick and mortar meal prep option or an affordable place to grab a very healthy lunch. Chris was very friendly and informative, and really made this location stand out! The food is fantastic and very healthy for you, with countless options to fit anyone. I definitely will be coming back!

I was recently introduced to Lean Kitchen through their catering and the food was so impressive I had to visit them in person. Not only do they have high quality, never frozen, great tasting meals but they also have a variety of supplements that can help you reach your goals! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and personable which makes your visit even better. I love to order ahead so I can pick which meals from their menu will help get me through my week. Lean Kitchen provides delicious options that are perfectly portioned for my wife and I. We have been ordering breakfast and dinner over the last two years, continuing to enjoy our meals. The staff are amazing and always happy, welcoming their customers by name, making us always feel as though we are part of their team. Charleston being my home, I currently live out of town in North Carolina but often travel this way to visit my family frequently. As a Dietitian, I try to eat well to maintain and continue making progress towards my fitness and body composition goals while being out of town, which can be very difficult when traveling. Dining out, your average entree is going to be at least 1,000 calories and super high in carbs/fats, and at a minimum of maybe $25 a meal. I stumbled upon this location this weekend and couldn’t be happier that I used their meals to keep myself on track this past Easter weekend. I even came back before leaving town to grab some meals for myself to have throughout the work week because WHO feels like meal prepping on a Monday evening after a 3 hour drive back home. Meals and very good and reasonably priced. They also provide a wide variety of meals to choose from. I will definitely be visiting every time I am in town, and couldn’t be happier that this business exists!

We love a local business that prepares easy meals that taste great! With so many meal delivery services available, it's nice to support a small business where I can just pick the food up directly. The food isn't frozen (like most meal delivery services) and just needs a minute or two to heat up before it's ready to eat. There's lots of options to choose from that cater to a few different diets. The price point is very reasonable, and LK rewards loyal customers with discounts if you order weekly. They'll even throw in a free meal or protein bar sometimes too! I'm always greeted with a smile and genuinely warm interaction.

My current favorite: Shimp Pasta Salad.

Lean kitchen has 5 stars from everyone for a reason! I’ve tried many meal prep companies but this one sets itself apart. Fresh not frozen, every meal has been incredibly tasty, healthy, and filling. Lots of options, and nutritional information already mapped out for you. I have a hard time finding fast healthy meals for my kids and busy schedule but they love these meals too! And they have a microwave inside if you need to eat on go and want a quality meal. Staff is happy, helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend!!!
