Little Caesars Pizza

We tried to order 2 pizzas and bread sticks. Told it would be at least a 45 minute wait. Same thing happened a couple of weeks ago. Hoping mgmt. Is aware of this.

I get a takeout pizza twice a week from here for the past 2 years. No issues. Employees know me and are always super sweet. Never had an issue with this place a single time

You can order in advance or get things hot and ready. It’s a great place if you want to grab a quick meal to bring home. The wings are better than I expected. Their pizza is always good.

👎🏾pizza stay burn up

First time ordering off the app and last time! Received a pizza and ordered 4 additional dips/sauces and the store didn’t send any of the sauces/dips out

I went to the Little Caesars on 975 Beacons Bridge Rd, Summerville, SC to get pizza for my kids, and the service was very disappointing. The employees were standing around with no sense of urgency, and when I asked about ordering, I was told it would be 30 minutes — with no pizzas prepared or any alternatives offered.

This location does not reflect the fast and convenient service Little Caesars is known for. Instead, it came across as careless and unprofessional. Customers deserve better than to feel ignored while staff stand by doing nothing.

If you’re looking for quick service and respect for your time, I recommend avoiding this location and taking your business elsewhere.

I will never go back to this lil caesar ever... that skinny lil light skinned guy was the worst person I ever dealt with..first of all he had buggers and white stuff all over his nose and mouth then after handing me my order..slammed the window..never greeted me or anything was completely silent..the only reason I didn't return the order and got my money back was because I had my kids in the car with me and they really wanted the food..usually the pizza is great but 8/18/25 will be my last trip the pizza was horrible..falling apart when we tried to pick one up...poorly cut.. and hard as a rock..walterboro location will be my go to from now on...so much for that last star...went from 4 to zero (if I could) real quick.. management needs to do better pick people to work the window..

Manager was rude and abrasive. He refused to provide assistance in carrying 10 pizzas 20’ out the store. Normally I wouldn’t complain, however, it seemed like the request didn’t warrant the emotional feedback I received from him. Didn’t catch his name but he knows who he is.

Isn't this supposed to be Hot and Ready? They never have food ready to go it's always a 10-20 minute wait. The workers also have an attitude.

Store is dirty and the customer service is horrible. I watched the guy in the back flip pizzas like he was mad at them, knocking toppings all over the floor and throwing the pizza boxes on the table like he had a vendetta. Mine was finished for over ten minutes and it just sat there. The food is decent and it’s cheap but don’t come here. Find a different one.

I received the most disgusting pizza I have ever had in my life. It was first not what I ordered. Secondly undercooked. It had no sauce, a sprinkle of cheese and 5 pepperonis I counted. The whole order was cold. And when I called them to get my order fixed the cashier just wanted to argue with me about a beeper number that I was never told. They did nothing. I called the so called manager the next day and he refused to do anything for me either. Currently waiting for a call back after going through corporate. They have been apologizing like crazy.
