The cashier was rude at the drive through window after I picked up my order I only asked for a garlic butter he told me I had to come inside in order to get the garlic butter even though I was at the drive-thru window cuz I didn't order it I thought this was so ridiculous terrible service.

Live close by I’ve been to this location several times.. you could drive to the grocer I store buy a pizza and bake it at home before this location can get one large pepperoni

Went to this location twice now and have not been able to get what I want because the staff simply doesn't want to wash dishes. Tried to order cheese bread and a deep dish pizza and was told on both occasions that they were about to close and weren't selling any item that came in a pan. Both times it was at least 45 minutes before they closed. More than enough time to make the items and wash the pans before close. I ended up going to the Bacon's Bridge location AFTER leaving the Central Ave. location and they were more than happy to make my order.This is beyond ridiculous!!!

I ordered through postmates. And asked for the stuffed crust pizza to be cooked WELL DONE. Says it on the receipt. Not only that but after placing my order online I called the store to also confirm the well done instructions and was assured they got it... pizza was so far from well done it was quite literally the opposite. Dough in the middle wasn't even cooked and still gooey. Pizza, toppings, and cheese was cold to the touch. Not a warm spot on it at all.

Took over an hour to prepare my 2 item order! Idk if there’s more than 1 manager or not but the guy manager with the dreads is extremely rude and likes to argue with customers! Very unprofessional! When I did receive my order my deep dish pizza was severely burnt and had almost no sauce on it! Do not recommend this location!
