The latte I got was not good at all. I had three sips and couldn’t even finish the rest because the taste was awful. The croissants were overcooked so I’m confused about why someone saw it looked like that and proceeded to put it in the bag. I am so disappointed in this experience, especially for how much I spent to just not be able to consume it.

Hair in a apple croissant is not acceptable by any means. Will not be visiting this establishment anymore. The drive thru is not suitable for bigger vehicles.

This review was made when the social medias said ‘Open 6-6’, before they updated hours for each location. I checked hours before driving to this location, however that is what was listed. They have since updated this, but had not at the time of my review.
I always check at the speaker what my total will be, as I’m of course aware that modifications change the price of my drink. I’m given one total at the speaker, and another at the window. This has started happening at the NCHS location as well. I’ve loved Lodi for years, and always recommend it to people. But after that, I think I’ll go elsewhere. Deeply disappointing for somewhere I’ve been a frequent customer at since they opened. I don’t want to argue in a review, but wanted to address the response since things were not as they were addressed in the response.
- I’ve absolutely loved the North Charleston Lodi since it opened. But I couldn’t get it often, because it was a bit of a drive. So I was thrilled that one was opening in Summerville. But I’ve had multiple bad experiences here. They changed their hours from the rest of the locations & didn’t post about it anywhere. They’re supposed to be 6-6 everyday, but are now closed on Sundays & 6-4 on Saturdays. I only found out by going & them either being closed, or at 4:30 the barista telling me through the speaker “We close at 4 now.” I’ve had a lot of experiences with my drinks not being made right, which is totally understandable when people are learning. Or sometimes things just don’t work out; not the end of the world. But what upsets me most is that they’ve changed the costs of my coffee without telling me. I shouldn’t order a $7 drink only for it to be $9, and I have no choice but to pay it because it’s already been made, and no one saw fit to tell me. And then that drink doesn’t taste good at all. That has happened multiple times, and this morning was enough for me. I love Lodi, and for the most part the employees are wonderful, but I’m so disappointed in this location. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I’m so frustrated at this point because I do really love the original location. But I think I need to just go to that one from now on & avoid the other two entirely. Such a bummer.

Thank you Lodi for serving us with a great attitude even when we got there right after you closed. We enjoyed our cold brew coffee, which is the best by the way. This Lodi has a great crew working for them but today was exceptional!

The menu is huge!!. So far everything I've tried I have loved. The food items are huge and very delicious. There is no dine in. Drive thru service only. Make sure to join their rewards program. You will get a birthday freebie and discounts are great.
