Bathrooms are disgusting. It was a cleaner restaurant when they threw peanuts on the floor. The potato was burnt. Floor of prep kitchen was covered in filth. Imagine what's going into your food when the employees use these filthy bathrooms

Loved the Anything and Everything salad!

First time here, we were greeted and promptly given a table. Our server was great, quick service, and friendly. The margarita was great, like drinking rocket fuel :) We had burgers they were basic but were thoroughly enjoyed them. Cooked well and tasted great. I had a side of ribs with my entree, they were tender, and the sauce was good.

As a person who works in the food industry. I find it very hard to say something bad about the server or the food. But tonight had to become an exception. Our server Hailey was very unwelcoming and absent. She started the service with what was going on in the restaurant. She then gave us part of our sides as well as our appetizers. When we asked if we could all get more dressing she rolled her eyes as well as walked off. We never saw her again until we got our food and we were ready for the check. She was asked if someone of my party could get them another glass of wine took the empty dirty glass off the table while the guest was in the bathroom. She then returned the same glass she had with wine aka contamination. She did not deserve the tip we gave but like I said I work in the food industry. Please make this a lesson for Ms. Hailey to act like she wants to work and be at her job and maybe she would get a better review.

Came in for my daughter 13th bday dinner. I reserved a table for 20 but only 12 of us was there. We had the back room which was in fact very nice to be in. I ordered the salmon and mash potatoes with broccoli and cheese. The mash potatoes came cold I asked for another order it was bland no taste bitter I added salt and butter. The salmon didn’t have no seasonings and it’s very SMALL. The majority of the others ordered wings and fries or burger and fries the burger looked to BIG. And the chicken looked fried right. The ribs basket is actually bigger than a usual appetizer I wished I ordered that.

Went to lunch other day got a 16 ounce ribeye Full of tendons and fat Never again I will eat at Logan’s goat and Beaver factory showed it to the waitress she just looked at me like I was stupid

Let me start by saying I never try to rag on a restaurant because I know how it is coming from food service, but this was personally the worst restaurant I've been to this year. The place looks run down. The greeters were alright but our waitress acted like we were just a pain to deal with. She was very unwelcoming, didn't check on us(We had to call her every time we needed something) and like we were are burden. We weren't.lol. So to the food. The rolls were the best part of the trip. They were fresh and hot. Basically Texas roadhouse knockoffs but good. The appetizers were basically rip offs. We got the fried mushrooms Basically heat and serve type food from the look and taste. So my father and I got the Fried cheese and Bacon Burger with fries. That was the DRIEST burger I've ever had from a restaurant. And the part that pissed me off was that the fried cheese was 3 punk ass mozzarella sticks...Really? Basically and flavorless. Hell, our waitress didn't even check to see if our bacon was on the burger, which it wasn't. You can at least do a quick Q.C before giving the plates to your tables. I would've done better getting a burger from Culver's or Ye old Fashioned sandwich shop down the street. At least I know I would've been satisfied. My mom got the half rack of ribs which were sorry, dry and tasteless. Even Chili's would beat that out. I could continue to rag on about the food and service but I think you got my point if you made it through all this. So to sum all this up, I can't recommend this place from my experience. However, if you do decide to try this place by yourself or with your family, I really hope you have a great experience and enjoy your food. Take Care. ✌🏾

Logan's is always a go to for shrimp or steak for me. The service and food is always on point and they actually will give you a few extra rolls without charging you. Their dinner rolls are excellent as well. They have well seasoned green beans or broccoli if that's your choice.

The service and food here is awful. It took over AN HOUR to get three orders of chicken tenders and sides. Do not recommend. Food and service was awful. A manager even walked around to see how our meal was and, when we provided feedback, they didn't even do anything except blame the kitchen staff. Avoid this place, it's not worth it.

I was at the Summerville location a few nights ago. It was busy, one if their grills was broken. Completely understandable. We waited 45 min to be seated (it was my nephews b day). Once we were seated everything was going great, the waitress was doing a great job. So everyone got their food except me, the waitress explained ok a few min no problem. About 5 to 8 min go by and nothing. My waitress comes over apologizes and got the manager involved. I didn't request to speak to her but she knew I was upset my family was just about done eating and I haven't received my food. The waitress comes back and says that my dinner is on the house and the manager brings my dish and gave me a card for an additional entrée. I didn't ask for this cause I'm not like that. Our waitress and the Manager went above and beyond with their professionalism with this matter. It can be challenging at times working with the public I know that. The waitress was so awesome and I think her name was Pamela I'm not sure. To her boss give that girl a raise and or a promotion, that's how good she is. I also gave her a generous tip for a free meal. Apologies were accepted and I'definitely will be going back multiple times in the near future. There Filet Mignon is very good.
