LPC Kitchen in Summerville offers a delightful dining experience that's perfect for a casual yet memorable meal. My fiancé and I recently enjoyed a fantastic dinner there, starting with the New Haven clam pizza. It was absolutely amazing -- perfectly crispy crust with a fresh, briny clam topping that set a high bar for the rest of the meal.

For our main courses, I had the pasta al limone with chicken. The dish was wonderfully balanced; the zesty lemon sauce was bright and refreshing without overpowering the tender chicken and perfectly cooked pasta. My fiancé's creamy Alfredo pasta with sun-dried tomatoes was equally delicious -- rich and flavorful, with the sun-dried tomatoes adding a delightful burst of sweet acidity that complemented the creamy alfredo beautifully.

Our server, Jet, made the evening even better with her warm, personable service. She was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed while adding a genuine, welcoming vibe to our experience.

Overall, LPC Kitchen impressed us with its well-crafted, flavorful dishes and excellent hospitality. We'll definitely be returning to explore more of the menu. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality Italian-inspired cuisine in Summerville!

Beautiful plants. Service is slow. Drinks are good.
Chicken is dry. Pizza is covered in too much garlic to enjoy.
We were able to eat 2/4 dishes. Unfortunately the other two were not good. We sent one back a
But just picked at the other.
Desert is the best part.

I’ve been to this restaurant many times and always enjoyed the food, it’s consistently delicious, and that’s why I keep coming back.

That said, I’ve noticed something that really bothers me and feels like basic food safety is being overlooked. The servers who handle pizzas and other dishes don’t wear gloves or sanitize between tasks. I’ve seen them touching spinach, shaving cheese, slicing pizza, then immediately handling the card reader, their personal phones, and even touching doors - all without washing or sanitizing their hands in between.

In today’s world, with so many infections going around, I think it’s just common sense to practice better hygiene when working with food. Many people might not care, but for those of us who do, it takes away from an otherwise great dining experience.

The food is excellent, but I truly hope management addresses this issue. A simple change - wearing gloves or ensuring hand sanitization, would go a long way toward keeping customers comfortable and safe 🤗

The food was awful. I was born on the north side of Syracuse, New York, where all Italian families lived and I know great Italian food. LPC kitchen is not even good Italian food. I had Mammas Bolognese. The pasta was perfect, but the sauce was very sour. The Garlic Bread was also overly pungent with sour tasting garlic. Both of these items not only assaulted my pallet, but the price tag insulted my wallet. For my drink, I had a mocktail that was made of sparkling water with some sweet juices. I will admit it tasted very good, but it was really small and it cost eight dollars. My total meal for the pasta, the garlic bread and the mocktail was over $40. I think they need to rethink their menu, the recipes and definitely their pricing structure. I give LPC kitchen 10 thumbs down.

Saw this new Italian restaurant on the front page of the Post & Courier today and gave it a try for lunch and definitely wasn’t disappointed. I went in google and did some quick reviews and looked over the lunch menu. The restaurant is only open on certain days and was glad to see that it was opened today and it recommended reservations which I’m glad that I did. I’m glad I did, because when we arrived, people were already there before us who had booked prior to us. Our server sat us down and brought us a carafe of cold water and menus. We didn’t wait long and we ordered. We ordered the Brussels salad and Calabria pasta dish with a glass of Chianti wine. Our order was out in less than 10 minutes. The food was fresh and delicious. The portions to us were just right. Our server came back several times to check on us. We wanted desert, but too full. Definitely will return. The place was about half full when we left. We’d like to try dinner for our next visit. The prices were reasonable.

We have been to LPC Kitchen at least 5 times now, and I can’t rave enough about this hidden gem! I almost didn’t want to leave this review because I don’t want people to find out about it. We have tried the chicken parm, pesto pasta, meatballs, parm fries, and the BEST Margherita pizza with hot honey truffle oil! The staff seems to enjoy working there, and it shows in the way they serve their customers. You can tell this place is run by people who truly care about quality food at a reasonable price, with a more high end experience. I can’t say enough about it! ❤️

Great food but the place is tiny. I found it expensive. They don’t split checks which was odd. They seated us right by the front door which made things distracting for us. Other than that it was cool

It's truly unfortunate the way SC businesses openly decide to alienate their customer base. This restaurants choice to promote hateful ideology and promote division has made me and my family no longer feel welcome dining here. It was my Fiance's favorite local gluten free pizza but we'll find another option now.
