I grew up in upstate NY so the advertisement of the best wings in Charleston and the back story on the website were enticing as chicken wings are a culture there. That being said this place has potential. I walked into Sol (their sister restaurant) and where they cook out of and asked about the wings. I was told I had to order online so I did, but toast tab said they were offline so I had to order pickup through door dash and pay a few dollars more. I live 2 miles up the road and once I got the order I hurried back to try the wings! Definitely need an ordering option for crispy as the wings were not, and the waffle fries were soggy as well. Also, the kitchen skimped on the amount of sauce, some people like less sauce some people like more, I would suggest having an option to order extra sauce as my wings were not even covered. The taste of the sauces is good which is why they get 2 stars, pair that with more good things and I could see this place being outstanding, but as is I would say sub-par.
