Great American Cookies & Marble Slab Creamery

Ordered a cookie cake this past Saturday for our daughter's 21st birthday on Tuesday. Needless to say what we ordered we didn't get. We sent picture to Katie the manager and what we got then was right on point plus extra. Katie definitely went above & beyond our expectations.

I placed an online order for pickup in hopes that it would've been ready when we arrived to pick it up. We arrived at the store only for the order to NOT be ready for pickup and to see that no associates were around making it. Two female associates came out of the back and one associate was asked to the order and proceeded to make it with a very disgusting attitude. This type of customer service is not at all inviting. A trio to the ice cream shop is supposed to be a pleasant trip not an upsetting experience.

my boyfriend and i came here today and the girl was the sweetest person i’ve ever met. she was so eager and excited i had to ask for her name it was amelia she needs and deserves a raise because she was outstanding and went above and beyond!!!

Good ice cream but not my flavor

The cake I got for my friends birthday was a hit! I had ordered one before but the venue we were at let it melt and we didn't get to try it. But yeah definitely will be ordering more in the future.

It was very nice and clean, the ice cream is always very good. Kinsley was very helpful and nice and helped me pick out the best ice cream (Chocolate birthday cake with brownies!!!)

Come here often and usually it’s a great place with good service, but tonight was not that. The store closes at 11 on Friday nights, so we walked in around 10 to get ice cream. When we walked in we were welcomed with eye rolls and heads thrown back by the 4 teenagers working. I could understand if I came in 5 minutes till close, but an hour before is still acceptable. All 4 of them continued to “clean” or act busy so they could avoid our order. One out of the four took all of our orders and rang us up. I don’t know, but if it was such a big deal that we walked in at that time, you would think the staff would all pitch in to help get us out faster. And after the rude encounters from all 4 girls, they watched my screen heavily to see if we left a tip… overall very disappointed because there was no reason for the staff to act this way

Came tonight at 10pm me and my friends checked to see what time the store closed it said 11 as we walked in to get ice cream the young girl rolled her eyes and threw her head back, I proceeded to ask if they were about to close because if they were we would have left. The girl repeated they dolt close for Another hour, the girls were very rude and not friendly or welcoming we won’t be returning to this location..

I just want to send a huge Thank You out to Katie! She took my order over the phone and was so patient with me explaining what I was wanting. She truly delivered and made my first custom order experience perfect! The cookie of course taste amazing as it looks! Thanks again!

My Granddaughter and I ordered through Door Dash for a delivery tonight. 2 Banana splits and only got 1. Paid for 2. It was all melted and there was no caramel sauce, no hot fudge or marshmallow cream. All we got was banana and ice cream. It was also like Milk when it got here. When we contacted Marble Slab about it they refused to send out another one or give us a refund. I was very disappointed with this company. I asked to speak to an actual manager and was told there wasn't one. She said she was the shift leader. I promise you I will NEVER get anything else from them. I will also let all my friends know about this as well.just to let you know, I don't drive so I can't go get it. I feel this is very poor customer service. I get better results for ice cream at McDonald's. Or Ye Old Fashion. I will be using one of those places from now on.

Ice cream was great

I ordered 1 pecan Supreme cookie and it was like chewing sugar. It was not soft at all.

Love the Cottan candy ice cream! Also cute decorations for Valentines day!
