The last few sandwiches I have ordered were not like the the ones before. The meatballs are gray as if they were boiled or steamed. The bread is smaller than before and there is a complete lack of anything to do with it going through an oven open-faced with cheese to be melted and browned. Bummer.
More emphasis needs to be placed on quality and not volume.

This is the second time that I’ve been at the mercy of this Marco’s absence of quality control. It is also the second time I’ve had to re-deliver part or all of my order back to the store. I’ll have to avoid this store for a while.

Everytime I order it's usually very fast and quick. The Italian cheese bread is absolutely delicious but there is one thing that gets this review 4 stars. After ordering a pepperoni magnifico today I asked for pineapple on it. Not only did I receive the pineapple but I also received small pieces of jalapeno. I looked it up and I don't think there is supposed to be any but there is. It's okay with me though because I actually really like Jalapenos and so does my friend it's just if my order was messed up then that's the problem.

Ordered at 5pm for pickup at 1110am the next day. Walked in at 1115 and my order wasn't even completely in the oven yet. Why have an option for pick up at a certain time when you just opened if you can't even have the food ready?

Visiting from out of town, this place was recommended to us. Ordered a pizza and a sub. The person taking the order seemed confused and I had to repeat things several times. Was told delivery would be around 45 minutes.After more than an hour of waiting, I called to check on the status. Was told the driver was getting ready to leave with the order now (no apology other than saying they were busy).Food arrived about ten minutes later. Pizza was cold and the drink order was wrong.Would not recommend this place!

I just know this staff is overworked! Every time I go to Marcos they are so slammed, but those workers work so hard to keep everything smooth. Friendly staff every time i go here!

Placed an order over the phone at 6:00PM. Was told the wait would be 2-2.5 hours for delivery. Called multiple times at 2.5 and 3 hour mark to be hung up on multiple times. Called again at 10PM to be told our order was never put in, however the charge was pending in our bank account. Will be waiting to see if it goes through/if we will need to request a refund.
UPDATE: Still no call from the regional manager. This place is a joke. If you want to try it, go in person and use cash only. The basic responses on here to contact them to fix it is just theatrics. I have spoken with 3 "managers" and was told the regional manager would contact me. That has never happened.
I use to get pizza regularly from this location. Not anymore. Two orders ago they forgot part of my order. I called and asked to be refunded for the missing item, in order to not have the driver have to drive all the way back over and use their time and money to bring it to me. They didn't actually ever refund me.
Ordered again, pizza came with more than half of it bubbled up with no cheese on it. I would have had them bring me the missing item had I thought of it at the time.
Called them today to resolve the refund. "Manager" on duty put me on hold when I was in the middle of talking. and disappeared for several minutes. I am still not convinced that she was a manager, and she wasn't just pretending.
Here is the rub. I HATE asking for a manager. I am one of the most reasonable people you will ever meet. However, you need a manager when you are talking about refunds. Original guy never processed it. Now they are giving me a run around. When there is 3 bad experiences in a row, and the lack of management skills has you thinking you aren't even speaking with an actual manager, there is a leadership problem.
I will not be ordering from this store anymore.

Love Marcos on Central Avenue/ they are absolutely the best!!! I accidentally ordered pizza from the wrong Marcos today, and they were so helpful to me and made sure everything went so smoothly for me. They are the best and food always perfect! Thanks guys !!
