Horrible service. We ordered 4 pizzas for a football party 5 hours before they were supposed to be delivered. They still hadn't come 30 minutes after the time of delivery. Everyone left the party and we had to cancel it. This is the 2nd time it's happened. NEVER PLACE A DELIVERY FROM THEM THAT HAS TO BE FOR A CERTAIN TIME!!! They weren't even apologetic.

We ordered delivery tonight. Hawaiian pizza and cauliflower veggie wnd cheese sticks. The food came timely But so under cooked. It was like picking up play dough and soggy. It was inedible l. Disgusting

I eat here often because I do like their pizza but as of lately, the large pizza is becoming smaller and smaller. The pizza used to cover the box now a large is looking like a medium. I dont want to see what a small pizza looks like.

Order a pizza a wings at 9pm it arrived at maybe 11:30 not sure because it was left outside my door without even a knockā¦50 dollars worth of cooked left out side my door like a dog ā¦(cold food)
I didnāt rate the food, because I never got any. I arrived at the store at one minute until 11, and the door was still locked, which was fine, but they never unlocked it, and I waited until five after.
I called in my order, I was shopping at the grocery store next-door, and was told it would be 15 minutes. I also mentioned that the door was still locked.
I got there about 20 minutes after I ordered, and the door was still locked at 11:26 and there was another person who had been waiting outside for several minutes. I knocked on the glass loudly several times, and could see three people inside, but they did not unlock the door.
I called the store finally and told them to unlock the door, and my pizza was not ready. I was told it would be 2 to 3 minutes more. I asked almost 15 minutes later because I had groceries in the car, including dairy and itās warm outside, and was told they would have to remake it. It had been over 30 minutes at this point. I left without getting it, as I did not want my groceries to spoil.
I canāt believe they still had not unlocked the door over 20 minutes after I called them, and they knew I was there. He acknowledged this on the phone when I called in the pizza at 11:05, and still did not unlock the door.
What a terrible way to run a business. I feel certain they mustāve heard me knocking on the door when I came back, and I could see him standing at the counter a few feet away when I called him. Iām not sure how long the other lady waited, but Iām sure she tried the door and knocked as well.
Best pizza in town by far.

Tried for 1st time. Good pizza. Fresh ingredients. Good delivery time. Will order again!

I placed my order online with a delivery time of 7:17, I did not get my food until 8:39pm. I spoke to Hannah one of the managers at 7:30 to see about the delay, she said they were backed up and she wasnāt sure when my food would be delivered. I expressed my dissatisfaction being that I have a 2 year old thatās waiting for dinner along with the rest of the family. My 2 year old bedtime is 8:00. I ended up having to cook a meal for my family after I had spent almost 40.00 in this restaurant. Hannah didnāt provide a solution, not even an apology! She just kept saying theres nothing she could do. To top it off when the pizza came it was coldā¦.. you could tell it was sitting.. the pizza looked like it was done hours ago.. it was flat, looked like I ordered a flat bread pizza..I wonāt get started on the wings š¤¦š¾āāļøš¤¦š¾āāļø Iām so disappointed with Marcoās today. Had I known I would get my order 2 hours from the time I ordered I wouldāve ordered something else, or just cook to begin with.. this was a waste of my hardworking money!

Placed my order and it showed a 35 min estimated delivery time. An hour and a half later the app showed it was in the oven. Called to cancel my order and was hung up on twice. Called back again and they seemed very nice and canceled my order. Crazy unrealistic delivery times seem to be a thing with this store.

I placed an order last week online & the order arrived late & it was cold as a rock. I normally never have any issues with this location. I called ask to speak to Manager. He was kind of cocky and rushing me. I informed him to refund my card & issue a credit for order since I couldnāt get another pizza out that night. He said yes sure and hung up.I ended up reviewing my account today and saw that my account was never refunded. I called back spoke with Beth who was very kind and issued the refund. I called tonight to place an order and use the credit. The young man who answered was kind and informed me that there was only a credit of $7 on the account. I was confused the order was $25 not $7. I informed him Corbin was supposed to issue the credit and refund but I had to call back earlier that day since it wasnāt done. He informed me that Corbin was there and would place him on the line. Corbin gets on the phone. I explain that he was supposed to credit the account due to order being cold. Heās like well you must have already used some of credit. I explained if he looked at account it would show i hadnāt placed an order since last week. He goes so you looking for a free pizza. I said iām looking to get my replacement on an order that was cold. He goes iāll give you your free pizza that you claim was cold and hung up. I called back and heās like yes. I said you are very rude and have poor customer service skills. You must not want your job. Heās like I already told you youāll get your free pizza. I said forget the pizza give me your managers information. Heās like do you think iām some custodian. Nope but your definitely in the wrong field and maybe you should be a custodian being rude. He continued to try to over talk me. I hung up called another location and got management info. This has been the absolute worst experience and iāve been dealing with this location for years. Corbin does not want his job and needs to find another occupation asap

Went to pick up an Uber order , and literally waiting 1 hr and 30 min! LITERALLY!!!!! After asking multiple times for the older , a blond āmanager ā told me they didnāt have the order ! !! While the entire staff laughed and played around the ONE young African American girl was working her behind off ! Will never pick up , or order from this restaurant again. Absolutely ridiculous!
