I placed my order online with a delivery time of 7:17, I did not get my food until 8:39pm. I spoke to Hannah one of the managers at 7:30 to see about the delay, she said they were backed up and she wasn’t sure when my food would be delivered. I expressed my dissatisfaction being that I have a 2 year old that’s waiting for dinner along with the rest of the family. My 2 year old bedtime is 8:00. I ended up having to cook a meal for my family after I had spent almost 40.00 in this restaurant. Hannah didn’t provide a solution, not even an apology! She just kept saying theres nothing she could do. To top it off when the pizza came it was cold….. you could tell it was sitting.. the pizza looked like it was done hours ago.. it was flat, looked like I ordered a flat bread pizza..I won’t get started on the wings 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ I’m so disappointed with Marco’s today. Had I known I would get my order 2 hours from the time I ordered I would’ve ordered something else, or just cook to begin with.. this was a waste of my hardworking money!

Placed my order and it showed a 35 min estimated delivery time. An hour and a half later the app showed it was in the oven. Called to cancel my order and was hung up on twice. Called back again and they seemed very nice and canceled my order. Crazy unrealistic delivery times seem to be a thing with this store.

I placed an order last week online & the order arrived late & it was cold as a rock. I normally never have any issues with this location. I called ask to speak to Manager. He was kind of cocky and rushing me. I informed him to refund my card & issue a credit for order since I couldn’t get another pizza out that night. He said yes sure and hung up.I ended up reviewing my account today and saw that my account was never refunded. I called back spoke with Beth who was very kind and issued the refund. I called tonight to place an order and use the credit. The young man who answered was kind and informed me that there was only a credit of $7 on the account. I was confused the order was $25 not $7. I informed him Corbin was supposed to issue the credit and refund but I had to call back earlier that day since it wasn’t done. He informed me that Corbin was there and would place him on the line. Corbin gets on the phone. I explain that he was supposed to credit the account due to order being cold. He’s like well you must have already used some of credit. I explained if he looked at account it would show i hadn’t placed an order since last week. He goes so you looking for a free pizza. I said i’m looking to get my replacement on an order that was cold. He goes i’ll give you your free pizza that you claim was cold and hung up. I called back and he’s like yes. I said you are very rude and have poor customer service skills. You must not want your job. He’s like I already told you you’ll get your free pizza. I said forget the pizza give me your managers information. He’s like do you think i’m some custodian. Nope but your definitely in the wrong field and maybe you should be a custodian being rude. He continued to try to over talk me. I hung up called another location and got management info. This has been the absolute worst experience and i’ve been dealing with this location for years. Corbin does not want his job and needs to find another occupation asap

Went to pick up an Uber order , and literally waiting 1 hr and 30 min! LITERALLY!!!!! After asking multiple times for the older , a blond “manager “ told me they didn’t have the order ! !! While the entire staff laughed and played around the ONE young African American girl was working her behind off ! Will never pick up , or order from this restaurant again. Absolutely ridiculous!

We just tried for the first time. I ordered a large BBQ Chicken, the chicken didn’t taste very good dark meat it looked like and crust nowhere done. Also ordered The Works and the ingredients were good but crust again especially for all those ingredients not done. Delivered with tip and all
$80.00 and we all barely ate. We also got the boneless wings and also not very tasty and tasted old like sitting out for a long time. I’m not trying to be rude just honest. The food was delivered in a timely matter but so not worth the money. Why rush it I rather wait longer for a done pizza and why we stopped ordering Dominos! Can’t rush it
I will never return. Customer service sucks. Waited over 20 minutes and no one acknowledged any of the customers that were waiting. And when they did they were very rude. My pizza was ready the whole time I waited but by time I got it, it was cold. The whole experience just remembered why I stopped going before.

Called in for a pick-up order but ended up having to do an online order because the guy on the phone wasn't any help. The pizza and chicken wings were ready when I got there. The wings are kinda small. Pizza was pretty good.

Never order from this place. I’ve tried to give them so many chances over the past two years. Orders are typically forgotten completely or they take 3 plus hours for one pizza. They will tell you it’s a 35 minute wait time and never put the order in. Every single time.

The last couple of times I’ve ordered from Marco’s Pizza has been a nightmare. Tonight, I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and two subs. Both subs were wrong. When I called back to let them know, the manager by the name of Lex, was very argumentative instead of just refunding me my money or replacing the subs. She talked over me the entire time. It’s very sad because my children and grandchildren enjoy Marcos pizza, but the service there Is so unprofessional, and you will not get what you ordered. I tried to explain to her when people spend $50 of their hard earned money they expect what they paid for. But because she was too busy speaking over me and being disrespectful I’m sure she didn’t hear me.
I also got hung up on twice when I called. Once by an employee by the name of Corbin.
If the owners of Marco’s Pizza are rich, and don’t care about their business or good customer service, then I understand they won’t care, but if they’re hard-working, individuals like me, then I would suggest that they fire or retrain these people because they’re gonna lose a lot of money because of the lack of respect that their employees have for customers. it’s not like I wanted anything free. I just wanted our sandwiches remade. That I paid for.
Employees should not act like owners of the company especially when the mistake is the stores fault. If the regional manager does not call me, I will make sure that I post this in my neighborhood Facebook group. I’m sure Marsh Hall spends a lot of money at this establishment. As well as River Oaks.

Why is it that every time I order they forget to put the romesan everywhere like wow man every time
Listen, I order from this location in Summerville AT LEAST one or twice a month! I always order the same---Meat lovers calzone and chicken Florentine pizza. I called them this evening because the calzone was literally half its normal size and they said "its probably just folded differently--it goes by weight." This thing is almost the size of half the box they put it in. I thought when he said "by weight" MAYBE it would be stuffed to the MAX with cheese and meat, due to its size---but no----I have always loved Marcos but will not spend my hard earned money for lesser of a product. I will certainly go elsewhere.

Last time we ordered was 2023 and took over 3 hours to get our pizzas when quoted 70 minutes. Every time called to check was given a different story, it Was just a horrible experience so we stopped ordering from there. Several Months later we figured would give them another try and this time took 2 1/2 hours to get our pizza when it quoted 80 mins and pizza were luke warm and had to heat it back up. We loved marcos but so disappointed again that we will not be ordering again from that store
