Placed A Delivery Order Around 6:36pm On October 18th 2025.
Delivery was supposed to be completed by 7:06pm … Had to call the store at 7:30pm just to be told they haven’t left the store yet and it’s been sitting at the store.
Wasn’t Delivered until 7:45pm .. Pizza was Cold / Not edible & Also Wrong , Completely not what was ordered.
First order : Was supposed to be cheese only for our kids & Received Pepperoni with an unnecessary amount of bacon thrown on top.
Second order : Was supposed to be Light sauce and it was the total opposite… way to sogy couldn’t even hold a slice.

Ordered delivery, two simple pizzas. One chicken and dbl green olives, the other a specialty… when we got it, it has black olives. Called and the girl hangs up on us. I don’t understand how you mess up a two ingredient pizza and then have the audacity to just hang up on a customer.

This is a good Pizza take out resturaunt. They don't have inside dining, strictly take out. Their pizza is made and cooked as it should be. They even have gluten free choices. There are many different toppings, mix and match, and they have weekly specials as well. I recomend this Pizzq place over, Little Ceasars, Domino's, pizza hut and most others.

I ordered food to be delivered from Marco’s. They did everything perfectly (on time, right order). The recipient wasn’t home to get the delivery. EVERYONE at Marco’s went above & beyond to make sure the situation was resolved. It was handled smoothly & professionally. AND they loved their dinner!!

I am only giving a low rating due to the fact the staff is having to work without AC. I understand things happen however the staff has been enduring temps of 100+ for over two to three weeks. They have to go to the walk in freezer every few minutes in order to cool down enough to go back to work. This needs to be addressed especially when this could cause employees to pass out, have trouble breathing or other health issues. If it can’t be fixed quickly due to parts being on back order could they not bring in portable AC’s to help until it could be fixed? I feel so bad for the staff as I cannot imagine working in that heat when they never intended to take a job that requires that kind of environment. Rant over!

The order was not correct. Asked for seasoning topping on crust. This is the second time in a row that this has happened. Maybe someday you people will listen when taking an order.

They had the wrong name for our order but they fix it .we waited a while but, they got it wow what a fantastic pizza I appreciated the staff that fix our order on the phone for our delivery .we appreciated your hard work as a team to help us out and we got to eat a awesome pizza 🍕 so glad yall are up the street from us . We thank the owner too best pizza in summerville !!!! 😊

I ordered 3 pizzas.1 sausage,1 peperoni,1 half cheese & peperoni. The oder was correct on the receipt but the oder was wrong when I got it.Its a shame people have to check their orders before they leave the restaurant. The employees need to take their time and pay attention to the orders they get!Your customers deserve better.Its unfortunate I'm from Chicago and this was my experience, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to family or friends
