I am only giving a low rating due to the fact the staff is having to work without AC. I understand things happen however the staff has been enduring temps of 100+ for over two to three weeks. They have to go to the walk in freezer every few minutes in order to cool down enough to go back to work. This needs to be addressed especially when this could cause employees to pass out, have trouble breathing or other health issues. If it can’t be fixed quickly due to parts being on back order could they not bring in portable AC’s to help until it could be fixed? I feel so bad for the staff as I cannot imagine working in that heat when they never intended to take a job that requires that kind of environment. Rant over!

This pizza is the best in chas sc we want to thank the owner !The deliver service was awesome we got bread sticks ,pizza , it was wonderful ! Thank you for such a delicious pizza every pizza we have had it truly is the best !

The order was not correct. Asked for seasoning topping on crust. This is the second time in a row that this has happened. Maybe someday you people will listen when taking an order.

They had the wrong name for our order but they fix it .we waited a while but, they got it wow what a fantastic pizza I appreciated the staff that fix our order on the phone for our delivery .we appreciated your hard work as a team to help us out and we got to eat a awesome pizza 🍕 so glad yall are up the street from us . We thank the owner too best pizza in summerville !!!! 😊

I ordered 3 pizzas.1 sausage,1 peperoni,1 half cheese & peperoni. The oder was correct on the receipt but the oder was wrong when I got it.Its a shame people have to check their orders before they leave the restaurant. The employees need to take their time and pay attention to the orders they get!Your customers deserve better.Its unfortunate I'm from Chicago and this was my experience, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to family or friends

I had to come make a review because the veggie sub was so good!! It was an Uber eats order so I am only rating based on food. They also made sure to seal the food properly. I’d order again.

Placed an order at 4:39 pm.
Received an email at 4:53 pm stating order was being made.
Received an email at 5:04 that the order was in the oven.
Waited until 5:50 for the pizza to be delivered. It hadn't been.
I contacted the store 4 times. The first three times I contacted the store I was hung up on without ever being able to speak to someone. The fourth time a young man answered the phone, did not provide name. I provided my order number and explained that our pizza had not been delivered. He said he would check, placed me on hold and never picked up the line again: however, I received an email at 6:01 stating that my pizza was on the way.
The pizza was finally delivered at 6:39, two hours after the order was placed and 1.5 hours after it had been taken out of the oven and left on the warming rack to get COLD and SOGGY. There was no Marinara or seasonings included.
To say this was a bad experience with Marco's pizza is an understatement. I won't be order from this location again.

We were charged twice for a pizza on 2/5. Order #132, my husband asked a young man at the counter at the time because he noticed the price was double what the pizza normally was. The young man assured him that it was a glitch in the system and the charge would go back to normal price in a day or so. Fast forward to 2/7 weeks made a phone call to a lady who said she was the general manager after being told she was outside on her cigarette break. She noticed that it wasn’t right and said that she would fix it. It is now the 10th of February. We have called yet again and we have been told that Dee would call us back tomorrow when she gets in at 12pm. This is the second time someone has said this. Would like to get this situation fixed. Thanks so much!

This location has gone downhill in the past few months. This is the third time in a row I have ordered a pizza for delivery and had it arrive 45 minutes to an hour late. I have tried speaking with the lady manager at this location and she was extremely rude and hateful. I see from over reviews that the rude lady manager and late deliveries is a common issue in the past few months. I also know she is a new manager in the past few months. Seems she may be the issue at this location since all the issues have started since she took over this location.
