We usually have a good experience with ordering and delivery, but tonight we ordered 2 medium pizzas, one Deluxe with no mushrooms and one Philly with no mushrooms. Both came with mushrooms on them. My husband doesn't mind them and was willing to eat the Deluxe but I HATE HATE HATE them and requested a new Philly pizza delivered with no mushrooms. I was told it would be about 25 minutes but it was just under an hour (and I get it - it's Saturday night and the weather is icky, not a big deal) and tipped the second driver for making the trip back out.
You can imagine my disappointment when the dinner I had, by now, waited over 2 hours to eat also had mushrooms on it. So now we've tipped 2 drivers, have 3 pizzas in our fridge that I can't eat and I'm pulling leftover soup out of the freezer. And I'm very, very cranky about it.

It took two hours twenty minutes to get my order. Food was decent. Normally they are on time and food is hot. Nobody could give me a answer as to why it was taking so long. This is a delivery buisness, have to do better.

Best pizza in the Cane Bay area hands down. The staff is mostly teenagers but you wouldn't notice based on the great quality. Delivery drivers are quick and polite. I always give at least a $10 tip with this traffic and more if its a large order.
