I do not know what changed. Everything has been excellent until these past few months…we have had orders wrong or something missing. This last time yesterday (10/31), our order wasn’t even in the oven yet and they were clearly overwhelmed and backlogged.
No method to the madness. We just canceled our oder. Extremely disappointing. To those who are responsible for the app, add updates if an order is behind and a new ETA. Communication needs to improve there and on site.

Service/atmosphere are great, but for delivery what matters is the food. I gave you two tries to do white sauce but instead you put no sauce on the pie. I know the order comes through as "no pizza sauce, white sauce" and I guess that leads to confusion. I remarked it last time on the follow up email review thing that asked how you were doing. You didn't read the response then I guess. Sad.

Honestly, the pizza is great! But if they’re out of an ingredient, they will not let you know, you’ll still get charged, they’ll just deliver it without it. When I called about it, she said “I’m so sorry they were supposed to call you, have a great night” This is a result of poor management and customer service, unfortunately.

Marcos Summerville.... where is my order? Order #232 placed at 7:31pm....I called at 9:13pm and was told "oh he's on a long delivery but it's headed to you now, give it 10 minutes. It's bow 9:41 and still nothing... disappointing doesn't begin to define your service. This will be the absolute last time myself or my family use your business. BTW your website and app said 55 min. For delivery.
