I placed and order online and was sent a confirmation email, I meant to order at 10:20 but I couldn't find my card anywhere so I just hit pay in person and sent my order in around 10:30. I understand they close at 11, I simply order a salad, breadsticks, and boneless wings. No pizza. I get a call a few minutes later stating that they will not be making my order they stop accepting online orders after 10:15. I asked if I can come in person to order my salad I would've gotten there at 10:36 and she said no everything is already put away for the night since 10:15. I am a closing manager at my job, I definitely understand wanting to get out early but if you guys truly close at 11, guests should be able to order before 11. Might want to consider adjusting your guy's hours as this seems like a trend according to the other reviews.

Most of our Marco’s delivery orders have been good. Our last two delivery orders have been a disaster. Order before last was super late. Pizza and boxes were soggy. Today, I placed an order by phone and confirmed details. Specifically asked for no onions on the pizza and red onions on the bowl. We got double white onions on both items.

This is the first and maybe the last time we have ordered from this location. We placed and order online for delivery for dinner tonight, it said delivery time approximately 40 minutes after an hour I called to check on our order and was advise they only have 1 delivery driver and deliveries are taking 1 1/2-2 hours but I could come pick it up if I wanted. I know that everywhere is short staffed but they should have updated online about the issue or maybe even turned off the option for delivery. By the time I went and picked up our food and came home to eat, it wasn’t even hot, barely warm. There is no telling how long our food was done and just sitting there. They didn’t even make an attempt to apologize

Awesome pizza. They very generous with the toppings. Love their pizza.I gave the service 3 stars because it took me 15 minutes to finally talk to someone to place my order. They need a person when it's busy just to answer the phone. Restaurant is always clear. But, their service on the phone needs improvement and they need to offer delivery for at least a 10-12 mile radius of the restaurant. I am 10.2 miles from the one at Canebay I was told they only deliver within five miles of the restaurant.

Take out delivery so atmosphere is not a thing but for chain pizza .....thin crust and old world pepperoni it's pretty good it's decent ... It's not fold your slice dripping in grease pizza but it's decent for a chain. The sauce has a decent flavor and the crust is pretty good I like the thin but their regular crust has decent flavor too Don't like the regular pepperoni but I do like the old world pepperoni.Dietary restrictions: I have a cauliflower crossed pizza for gluten-free peopleParking: During the busiest times of the day parking lot can be a Little full and tight in some areas back good sizedKid-friendliness: It's pizza lol I saw they also do like a kids pizza bowl too for smaller kids
Never received pizza. If a human finallyanswered we were put on whole 3 to 4 times, I waited on hold 20 minutes minimum and no one returned to the phone.. Apparently the driver delivered to the wrong address. Can not get back in touch with the store to get a refund. Will never ever use Marcos Again. Ridiculous to pay $37 including tip for two small pizza’s and never receive them.

very disappointed! I ordered 2 small pizzas that were never delivered. We called to advise pizza was no show, we were told their records showed as delivered. We were put on hold for approximately 12 minutes and then disconnected. I need to resolve this issue and get a refund however, no one answers the phone!! I can provide proof of phone calls

I'm not sure why it's so difficult to simply deliver any sides I paid for. Out of four times, never have I gotten any extra sides I paid for. I'd, naturally, bring this up to the store's attention, but there's no place for that.

I think reviews are typically pretty accurate but this was one I think might be slightly off. This is good pizza and the rating (below 4 star) made me hesitant to try it, but glad I did. The crust, sauce and toppings taste fresh and delicious. This place should be a low to mid (4.0-4.5) rated pizza joint. I would highly recommend.
