McAlister's Deli

Hello, what can I say about McAlister's. This was my second time going in to eat here. They have a wide variety, I Love there Reuben sandwiches very good and is packed with meat. If you get a chance and want good food go in and check them out. The staff are awesome, being your food out to you. If you also are looking to supply your office get together check them out for the box lunches. Enjoy

No acknowledgement from staff as I entered, only one other person at the register, and I stood there for a good five minutes before I had to say something to get someone's attention. Got our usual Memphian to go with the best potato salad. At least acknowledge people when they walk in!

Went to dinner there last night… terrible food terrible service terrible management!!!!
Ordered two baked potatoes only had one because others were burnt… well when they brought out the baked potato it looked like it was burning for hours… got soup that was cold … got Mac and cheese that was good… got a hot sandwich that was cold… daughter went to complain to get all the money back the manager didn’t even have the guts to come out and handle it she sent another employee who didn’t even know what to do
She only got part of her money back…
Walked out left the food !!!
I can tell you this we will never be back and I will not recommend this place to anyone!!!’

Don't give people the option to customize their sandwich if you aren't going to do it. Yet again, my sandwich was missing items tonight, including one item that originally comes on the sandwich! They cant assemble sandwiches to save their lives either. I personally like the ingredients on more than just half of the bread. The fact that I have to take my food apart and reassemble it EVERY time is baffling. You'd think that people who work in a sandwich shop would be able to make a sandwich, but they cant.
They only reason they get 3 stars instead of 2 is because the food does taste good. You just have to be prepared to be disappointed. I've ordered multiple times hoping that it was just the person that was working previously, but apparently its most of them since I've never gotten a sandwich that came how I ordered it.

Food delivery person seemed slightly overwhelmed by amount of deliveries to table by herself. Food, service was good, it was a nice day so we took advantage of the outside tables.

My last 2 visits have been horrible. I pay for food that I can eat but when the potato is so burnt that there is no saving is unacceptable. Stop giving customers whatever so you can move onto the person. And corporate is aware and still didn't address the concern.

Haven’t been in quite a while & don’t plan on returning. It was a disappointment from what it used to be. Salad & fruit were not fresh at all. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and instead of a nice piece of chicken, it looked like chicken scraps between the bun & had no taste. Sorry McAllisters; you can do better!

I dont usually leave reviews but everythi g i got from here did not dissapoint what so ever. When i walked in the lights were dim which was a nice calm relaxing setting. I ordered just a club with potato salad a bowl of fruit and brownie and a carrot cake. The sammy was phenominal. Potato salad is the best potato salad ive had from a resturaunt. The brownie taste like my mother made it and the corrot cake?! Dont get me started on that mmmm mmmmmmmm damn it was good
