I went through the drive thru yesterday morning they charged me for someone else’s food and then they did the refund but the manager was a dick the entire time. Then I go again today the girl at the window had an attitude plus I said hello at the speaker box four times and no one answered. Horrible service
We purchased our meals on 12/26/23. When I got home the Cheeseburgers I purchased for my husband had Buns that were extremely hard. This should have been a clue. He ate half of one, and ended up getting sick. These obviously had been left out for a long time. I contacted McDonald's corporate and got a message we are notifying the franchise. A manager was disrespectful when the rest of the meal was requested . Even after looking at the receipt she said you didn’t order no fries. I said I paid for 3 meals. Fries come with each meal. She acted trashy and uneducated. What kind of manager doesn’t know fries come with meals? Ridiculous.
