23 minutes from order time to get my food. Fries were hot and perfect, burger was somewhat warm but could've been much hotter like it was just sitting for a few minutes. Girl who brought out my food didn't even apologize for the wait time just shoved the food in my window without saying anything making me grab it myself. She at least said have a good night but it was really lackluster and I felt disappointed in the service.

Ordered 3 items, one was a 6 piece chicken mcnuget Happy Meal. Service person handed us our purchases, but no Happy Meal. When I brought it to her attention, she handed us the meal and said sorry. We didn't realize that there was no toy in meal until we arrived home.

In line at the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. Only the young lady taking my order had any personality. The rest of the crew were too busy chatting and joking amongst themselves. The worst part was the food. Cold and burnt! See the attached photos. This store needs new management and staff.

Idk where to even start really so I'm gonna start here I ordered my food wait3d 20 mins for 2 sandwiches saw the food ready sitting there while the employees horse played over it kept walking away then finally get the food witch was veery cold I mean come one only you McDonald's can screw people out of mothers money I wouldn't even give them a 1 star but u know won't be back

I'm done throwing my money away, never again the food was awful, and the price was to high next I will make my own and I promise it will not cost this much DONE

When you serve dinner until 4:00 AM actually serve dinner until 4 AM, come to get food and got told they aren’t taking any orders because they are preparing for breakfast, well don’t accept mobile orders then? Will not be coming back

We order ahead of time and do curbside pickup. Like I do often. The app said our order would be out in 5 minutes. I was awaiting for my order going on 45 min. I decided to go inside and see.what the hold up was. I walked in, someone was infront of me. They hadn't even STARTED ON MY ORDER! I had to get my own drinks. There was absolutely no sense of urgency in there either. I was very frustrated. I haven't gone back. This was April of 2025
