Literally hate this McDonald’s it’s something every single time, they will have you waiting 30 minutes in line just to tell you they don’t have what you want 🙃 please hire people who actually care and aren’t rude. I’ve had 4 negative experiences at this McDonald’s with long wait times, incorrect food, missing items, and not having items as well as the rude people at the window who won’t even acknowledge you.

Horrible experience went to the drive-through sat in line for 15 minutes before they even took my order couldn’t back up because the cars behind me finally got to my order and it was wrong. Would not recommend they need to be retrained or hire more people.

All food whether dine in pick up or take out should be perfect. I went through drive through ordered 3 combo meals quarter under with cheese mustard ketchup pickle only drinks and fries. Got home food was not even hot ice cold hot heat plus had onions all over it not happy fries were not fresh nor hot ice cold only thing good were smoothies. Totally unacceptable and disappointed fast food not cheap anymore.
Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits will always get 5 stars from me.

Why would they close the lobby to the delivery people. This is how we make our money and having to sit in a drive thru line is a waste of our time and affects our pay. This is nonsense. Ill stop delivering for this location if this continues. Having to sit in a line for 20 or more minutes just to pick up an order and still have to deliver it to the customer.
