Overall 3.3 rating here is no surprise. The person in front of me asked for a side of mac sauce with their meal and a large side was given to them at no cost. I then asked for the same as there was no option on the app to add the side. The rep then says "do you have 35 cents?" I questioned why the previous person wasn't charged before me and the response was "that's my bad, but yeah you have to pay".... is it because I'm a woman and appear less likely to be confrontational? Do they just pick and choose who they want to deliver customer service to? Or does decent training just not take place at this location. Unfriendly staff, poor customer service, and food seemed like it was reheated. Will make the drive to the cane bay location going forward. Unless your just running through the drive through AVOID THIS LOCATION.

When you screw up on basically the only thing you ordered which was ONE hamburger with an additional cost for lettuce and tomato, it’s hilarious. It literally says the order in two places but that’s just decoration I guess. How do people this bad get hired? Just sticking a mirror under their nose to make sure they’re breathing?

There is never anyone at the counter. They’re always out of site just talking and laughing with each other. I go there to pick up DoorDash orders as well as personal orders and even though I pay in advance, there’s always a wait of 10-15 minutes. It’s just ridiculous go elsewhere.

The drive thru was closed. Most likely, due to staffing. There were only two people working, so it took me almost a half hour to get my food. Plus side is it was hot and the fries were fresh. I have to add that this was about 1030at night.

I see this store has not improved since I stopped visiting it years ago. I placed a delivery order and for some reason the delivery was assigned to this location, normally my delivery orders come from the College Park location.
I ordered 3 Chicken Mcgriddles and 1 Bacon, Egg, and Cheese biscuit. The biscuit was great. Soft, fresh biscuit, and tasted great.
However, the Mcgriddles were made with drink coasters. Not sure why, but it definitely wasn't chicken patties. The "patties" we hard, dry, and never should have left the kitchen. If the line person cooks too many patties and they get old, that's their problem! Do not past the waste cost down to the customer!
This is the exact reason why I avoid this store unit. I've seen better performance, ingredient quality, and speed of service from a Burger King and that's just sad.
Just avoid this McDonald's and save yourself the headache of dealing with no one answering the phone and being stuck with 3 sandwiches so hard your dog won't even eat it!
Went 3 times.. my order was messed up. Fries dumped in the bottum of the bag, no sauce, burger not on bun.. when the order was remade they forgot my nuggets. Will not be eating here again

Worst McDonald's ever!! Night crew is slow and cares more about tiktok dances and chatting with the truck stop cashier than they do about doing thier job. I know it's McDonald's but damn. 45 mins for 2 Luke warm mcchickens and barley warm fries.
