After working a long shift at work I didn’t feel like cooking so I went through the drive thru here. Drive thru went fairly quickly, a little faster than normal, which surprised me. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. I drive all the way home and open my burger. Take one bite and……..COMPLETELY RAW on the inside !!!! Do y’all not understand consuming undercooked ground/minced meat can cause food poisoning?!?! That’s disgusting !!! If I could give a 0 star I would but I had to give something.

THERE IS ZERO PROFESSIONALISM AT THIS LOCATION ABSOLUTELY NONE AT ALL BETWEEN THE CURSING AND INAPPROPRIATE CONVERSATIONS ITS ABSOLUTELY CRAZY WORKING 12 HRS DAYS WITH LITTLE PLACES TO EAT AT LATE AT NIGHT THERES NO REASON WHY I HAVE TO WAIT 40 MINUTES JUST TO GET FOOD HORRIBLE

6:00 a.m. drive-thru for breakfast. Met with severe attitude from drive-thru girl, who had just emptied the trash can right in front of me with no gloves then proceeded to take my card and hand me my food with Filthy Hands. Disgusting! Will not return

Ordered a meal for my granddaughter and daughter through Instacart. They reassigned it three times never contacted me to let me know what was going on. My daughter called them asked them to make it fresh they said we are out of grinch meals she hung up and was rude to her three times.she said can you just make a big Mac meal lease we are hungry they refused. So after 2 hrs of waiting they cancelled her order. Mind you her car is down right now, & I am a ways away from her so could not bring to her. Will not go here again. Usually do not post but this is not okay.

There’s ONE guy that actually does his job and everyone else is talking, on their phones, laughing meanwhile you’re literally in this line for 40 minutes. This hasn’t happened to us once, not twice not even three times. It’s every single time we go there. Something needs to be done.

If i could rate 0 stars I would have, placed an order online and came thru drive thru only to be ignored and that they’re only serving breakfast. Came inside to place an order for breakfast, kiosks were closed and the person upfront walked away from the counter. Won’t be back.

The food is… McDonald’s - it is what it is. But the drive thru is consistently the slowest I’ve ever encountered in any McDs, but especially compared to all the others around it. It’s been this way for YEARS, so whatever it is, it’s systemic. Or management. Idk why I keep trying, but every 6mos or so, I give it another shot cuz it’s the closest one to me. It’s literally faster to go to one further away from my house, plus wait in a line of 8+ cars than to wait for one or two cars ahead of me at this one. Today was 2 cars ahead and I’ve been waiting literally 17 minutes already. C’mon - this is MCDONALD’S, not a sit down. crazy.

One of the last McDonalds that, more often than not, everything is actually in the bag and made the way requested when you get home. This is really one of two that we still patronize, the other being the one on St.James Ave. in front of Walmart in Goose Creek. We live in Moncks Corner, and haven't been to that McDonalds in years due to their lackadaisical approach to customer service and apparent inability to fill orders correctly.

4:45 - Morning crew during the week - horrible!
Nothing is ever ready, they always have an attitude and the girl taking orders on the headset - never answers cause she’s too busy stuffing her face behind the counter (disgusting). The white young girl obviously hates being at the window. The manager in the back has no control over the crew - consistently fussing. Fire them and hire some new people.

Now the afternoon crew - amazing!
