Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Everything about it, the employees, the quality of the food, can’t move the drive thru. Absolutely baffling.

Placed an online order through the McDonalds app 40 minutes before the stores closing (2300); showed up 5 minutes or less to the restaurant only to find the drive thru wrapped; changed my order for counter pick up and ALL THE DOORS WERE LOCKED. I tried to cancel my order and was advised via the app that the store was already preparing my order; odd because nothing about this drive thru is 90 seconds or less EVER so I’m confused how my order was already being prepared especially since I’ve been sitting in the drive thru line now waiting for over 30 minutes. I cannot understand how corporate McDonalds allows this franchise owner to continue to stay in business.

Yes always check your food. First of all I order a egg muffin meal I get to the window. A guy says my order and the girl put it as sausage mcmuffin. When I get to the second window I then was told to pulled forward to the third window that they have. Then they hand me my food. I look in my bag and the pancake and bacon I ordered is sitting on top of my egg mcmuffin sandwich with no hash brown. When I went in to tell them they forgot my hash brown they acted like they didn't hear me. It look like it was about 15-20 people back there (staff) and food is coming out looking a MESS. My egg mcmuffin was clearly thrown together. It was Luke warm hash brown the same. Pancake looked like it had one piece of bacon in it. I also know food prices are high now. Yall have to charge accordingly but food coming out looking like this is ridiculous!

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes because 3 employees were hiding in the dumpster area smoking weed. A female employee came out of the back door which was wide open complaining about being on the table alone.

rude service. Didn’t even get our entire order because of how rude they were. Overpriced too because of the area.
This is the worst McDonald's in all of South Carolina. Every time we order delivery they only send half the food. Today we were missing 3 orders of fries an order of nuggets and the sauce for the nuggets they did actually get in the bag. My fault for continuing to order from them I guess but they literally have never gotten a single order right.

I frequent this McDonald’s just because it is close. But in the future you should teach your employees that it is 100% a complete health code violation to serve someone’s food to the wrong person take it back and serve it again. That’s what I experienced tonight when my McFlurry was served to the car in front of me and then taken back.

It was very busy inside and outside. We ordered via the app. online for curbside pickup. We waited about 30 minutes. My husband went inside and our order was on the counter by the door dash area. I had gone in prior and was told they would bring it out. It was extremely hot outside, 97*.

Check your food before you pull off even if you have to unwrap your burger. I couldn’t eat the cheeseburger given to me. The meat was hard and the cheese looked old
