Went there about 10:30 tonight,Saturday night, and I needed a receipt because I used a company card, and they were out of receipt paper I asked at the window where you pay and I asked that the window where you receive your food, now the manager / supervisor not sure what he was, try to explain to me again that he was out of paper and I told him I have to have a receipt because this is a company card, he kept his composer and instead of giving me attitude which I could see The frustration in his face and I'm sure he wanted to. he went and found me a sticky paper and printed a receipt on it like the ones that they stick on the bags, not the best, but he kept his composure, he kept his customer service face on,and brought me the receipt to the second window where I had to wait for a little while, I appreciate that he went the extra mile and was able to keep his composure cuz obviously they were out of paper And I'm going to almost guarantee it wasn't his fault, but he found a way to make it happen for me and the request that I was making. Thank you very much

I dont understand why there is perpetually a 20-45 minute wait to get a basic food order at this location. If it wasn't so close to my house I'd never come back but sometimes I don't feel like driving several miles on awful roads with awful traffic, so I opted for an awful McDonald's experience instead.
About 75% of the time we use the curbside, we have to go inside and get the food. When we get inside there's always a line of 8+ people in line and the staff blatantly ignored people. Maybe someday I'll have higher standards than eating McDonald's, but for now I'll stay mad.
Final note, how many times are y'all just not gonna put the apple pie in my bag? We are up to at least 6 by now.

The older manager is nice but everyone else is nasty and disrespectful your lucky to get your order in 30 minutes and you need to pray that you get what you ordered for fast food this place is really slow.

The problem with this McDonald’s is a community restriction, not the McDonald’s itself.
The food is great McDonald’s standard, the service is above and beyond for McDonald’s , but the community restrictions keep them from having curbside parking spot for the “mobile thru“ service. So the app still lets the order that way, and select a number even, but there’s nowhere to park for it, so you just circle the McDonald’s trying to figure out where to pick up your food. I finally parked and went in, and she said that this was the problem – the community restrictions won’t allow them to have The mobile thru parking but the app automatically has that option.
Just be aware when you order mobile thru that you won’t be able to pick it up curbside like you’re supposed to.

Was on they way home stope to grab some food ordered a chicken big Mac and nuggets and they freaking gave me a quarter pounder really if y'all can do you job right leave and let people who want to earn a living and know how to work and get stuff right this is ridiculous
