This is the most pathetic store in the crappy world of fast "food". Every time I visit this establishment, they either over charge, or mess up order. And no one answers phone, ever. I swore off this specific store a year ago, but thought maybe they'd improved. They have not.

Honestly the workers there are really nice, I never have a problem with them personally. It’s just the food and drink quality. My nuggets will consistently be cold or ‘lukewarm’ and my drinks will be a solid inch below the top, as shown in the picture. I’ve brought it up and they can only say that it is the machine, but other McDonald’s drinks around the area don’t come out like this so if it really is the machine it should be recalibrated ASAP. A large drink is $3 with tax and I would like to get what I’m paying for.

Told the lady at the windows we wanted out chicken nuggets cooked to order...she never did that. Got our food the fries were warm not hot I took them back inside got the fries back got back and they were still warm not hot. We will not be coming back this is the 3rd time we've given this place the benefit of the doubt and we're just done. Employees definitely need to relearn a few things especially when they are asked to do a cook to order.

They simply refused to take anyone's order. Line was long, they kept looking at us but no one came over. Took 30 min to get our food. We only ordered two breakfast meals and they got five items wrong! Then they had the nerve to charge us extra for our drinks! The combo comes with a drink!

I come here often as I live very close. The food quality is actually consistently good. The service however is always subpar. Without fail, every single time they get our order wrong. Sometimes even getting wrong after I bring it to their attention. This most recent visit, today. I ordered a #11 with an extra hashbrown and a hot coffee. A chicken biscuit combo with cheese and a large drink. I Also ordered a toy we told them we are dining in. They didn't bring us the food, ok no big deal we just went to the counter to get it. It was missing the extra hashbrown, toy, the drink was a medium not large and no cheese on the biscuit. We waited 10 min roughly to have that corrected. They still forgot the cheese. Upon looking at the receipt they upcharged .60 for the coffee! And charged a $1.30 for the orange juice. Not to mention we waited a long time to be served almost 15 minutes upon arrival and we were first in line. They wanted us to use their self order machines that nevermind the fact I refuse to use those....all but one was actually working.
This is one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to! I think that probably has something to do with Misty and the morning crew. Even when they are short handed they still are on point & awesome!

I wish there were employees that could provide customer service. If you need anything you have to wait until someone's food is brought up front and then try to catch them before they go back to the kitchen. So frustrating. My food was not that great either. The bun on my quarter pounder was crumbling apart when I picked it up.

This McDonalds left my boyfriend waiting outside for nearly 40 minutes for a curbside order! He walked to the door... locked.... had to go to the drive through to get our COLD food. I ordered around 7:40PM he got there a little before 8 PM and the app said 2 to 5 minutes and food would be out. Got food around 8:40 PM. No one came out at all to say anything to him. No apology from the staff or explanation either. To go through all that to be given cold food is just ridiculous.
