I just wanted to say thank you to the girl working at the 2nd window 06/02 at 3:48 she was so sweet and making sure everything was in my order without me even asking and I was having a bad day so just thank you for being kind and keep on smiling :)

I stopped eating at McDonald's until I went to jedburg. I am hooked again, the food was made fresh, fries were so hot I had to let them cool. I had my food in minutes. I have been there 6 times in two weeks. Never been asked at a fast food joint was everything alright. Wow, great job. Angela helped me everytime.if you had a bad experience i urge you to go to jetburg

I recommend u just act as if this location doesn't exist. The girl who took our order incorrectly and charged us for what we did not order had a problem being corrected about it and giving snooty mean mug while we're hanging out for a refund. Then proceeds to tell us we ordered incorrectly and will have to pull around to reorder. Not worth it. Like I've stated before in this review section previously. Fix yr customer service. Won't be deleting this one like the last, so duces and hope y'all figure it out or quit hiring disrespectful people who don't care. Felt bad for the manager on duty until she seemed to have just complicated it more instead of just communicating properly the first time. Which is why I raised my voice. How many times do I have to repeat myself and u still don't know what I ordered?

I ordered two double hamburgers.I received two double cheeseburgers. My large french fries were cold and there was a bright red synthetic hair in my french fries that I didn't see until it was in my mouth.
