Moe's Southwest Grill

$22 for a burrito bowl and drink. Food was bland and poor quality. Restaurant was filthy and half the flavors were out at the drink machine. Moe’s has gone way down hill. Do not recommend Moe’s and especially not this location.

Neverrrrrrrr again! Besides me getting super cold food…. I could count the pieces of “adobo chicken” on one hand! I don’t eat guacamole nor like it and there was some in my bowl and it was not requested! Sloppiness. At least use fresh lettuce!

*Fake Steak Warning* Moe's was better when it first opened, food was fresh better flavors and good prices. Ive been coming here for almost 18 years since they opened in the original building over by the Zaxby's - I decided to give them another go, I remember why I never returned. The sauces all taste the same they're just different colors and watered down. The steak was the best part before you had the juicy thick chunks now its like canned spam. The brown rice is drenched in cumin, chips stale and hard. The Soda machines dont work there's garbage built up in between the machines the floor has layers of grease on it. Dirty tables dirty bathrooms. I called to get a refund since all this disaster wasn't worth $35 The managers name is Kaylee when I called to share my issues she placed me on hold several times and came back with an unfortunately NO. Stay away!! Taco trucks in North Charleston are way better.

Personally, very disappointed that the quality of the food has gone down so much in the last couple of years. Chips are broken and stale, one of them was burnt and dirty today (see attached). The cilantro is 90% stems and not fresh. Adobo chicken is very tough. It’s obvious that the expectation of quality in their ingredients has gone down significantly.

Very few customers I can see why. Price way too high. $62.00 for 2 people Could have had a full course meal for less money. Wgat

I walked into this restaurant wanting to have the usual moe Monday deal. Apparently this new thing where to actually get the benefit of the deal, I had to download an app get it and they decided to not let me know this till I was at the end of the line with people behind me and I wouldn't even be able to gain the benefit today for downloading it. I wanted to talk to the manager about this but they wouldn't even see me. Unacceptable

Missing items food was for a pick up. I got more beans than rice. Maybe 5 pieces of chicken, no napkins or forks. My first and last time. This was an online order

I ordered a jr burrito for pick up. I was given a kids burrito instead. I took it back inside and the staff acted as if I was an inconvenience to them because they gave me the wrong food. I also asked for fresh chips. They took the chips that I had already dug inside of and poured them back into the big container with all the chips. I will never eat at this location again.

A normal customer here. Normally have a great meal but was dissappointed this evening. Might be new staff but got a burrito that was tiny. To the point the guy working the register thought it was a jr. burrito. Will be back but hope to see better.

The lady that helped us was mad at the world her coworker had to say “Welcome to Moe’s for both of them (he wa nice), our food was 4 taco’s & an Adobo chicken bowl $50 and the salsa was SO salty we couldn’t even eat it. Threw our food out after two bites and went home and made dinner. People outside by my vehicle said their food was awful too. Save your money and go get food at the store for cheaper and make it yourself. If I had the option of putting 0 stars it would have been a better rating. 10/13/25
