just watched an employee using his phone with his gloves on, then go make food without changing gloves.
Be careful! Ordered through their app and when my food was delivered, the upgraded drink wasn’t included with my order. When I called the restaurant, I was told there isn’t anything they could do with me. That it was a mistake on their part (they said this) but they couldn’t refund me. I could drive to them and they’d give me a drink🙄. Fortunately it was only a drink but be careful, even when they admit fault, they won’t do anything to fix the issue.
Placed an order last night on the Moe’s app. Due to the app having issues it scheduled me for 1030 am today. I called and the order was supposed to be cancelled. It was not. I was charged almost $50 for it. I am still waiting and will apparently be waiting almost a week for that. Then ordered with door dash at 9. Had a dasher at the store.
