Have ordered through Uber eats 3 times now, every single time I am missing either sauces I have asked for, missing queso, or just tacos with lettuce that looks old and withered. Used to love moes, but this location has killed any desire I have in the future.

My first time visiting this location and it will be my last.
I ordered nachos through the mobile app and received about 20 with a teaspoon of each topping. The side of chips were fresh though.
I should have checked the reviews prior to spending my money hear, but I'll save you a few bucks and ask you to avoid this location.

I am livid. If there were a rating lower than zero, this place would deserve it. I ordered through Uber Eats after a Black Friday shift, and what I got was a straight-up shit. The portion was pathetic, not even close to full (see the photo), and they had the nerve to price $16 for it. The rice was stale, the whole thing looked thrown together like they didn’t care at all, and whoever made this clearly shouldn’t be anywhere near a kitchen.

I even ordered a side of rice to be safe, and guess what? Stale. Again.

I’m so angry I could scream. This is beyond sloppy, beyond wasteful to someone’s money, it’s a complete failure. I will never order from here again.

I visited this store on 11/16/2025 around 2015 hours. First there was someone (not an employee) smoking marijuana in a car in a parking space in front of the door. There were two employees and one other customer in the store. Stood there for five minutes without being helped, and left. Food looked dried out and disgusting, so I left.

Don't do delivery. Especially from this location.
Chipotle. Coming soon. Ordered a $ 14.00 chicken bowl. They might of put , 1/4 cup of rice, beans and lettuce in the bowl. Literally , 4 bites. I think they save product , when you don't pick up your own order. I've gone in multiple times and this was not the case. I'll never go back, if this is the type of place that utilizes practices like this. Never had this issue ordering delivery from Chipotle. The new store is going to run this Moes out of business.

This location is going downhill FAST. The dining room always feels dirty and the people making my food this evening seemed annoyed that I walked in at 830. Its says open UNTIL 10. They were rude and I seemed to inconvenience them. Food is mediocre and the prices are absolutely 👏RIDICULOUS.👏 Pretty sure this is my last time eating at Moes.

In the approximately 2 minutes that me and my wife were standing off to the side trying to decide what we were going to get the customer service person walk the entire length of the prep area about seven times giving me the meanest nastiest look that she could the entire way staring straight at me like I was her mortal enemy or like I was trying to rob the store or something it was to the point where I left because not purchasing food was more preferable to me than walking up to the counter and having to talk to her this is absolutely the worst customer service if you don't want to work somewhere don't work there but there's no sense in being nasty to the public because you made a bad decision in life

I went here a few weeks ago and the manager was so absolutely rude. She barely acknowledged me or my family, and would barely speak as we were placing our order. I do not know if she is getting paid more to be rude, but if that is the case, she should be making about 1.2 million dollars a year. It was a disappointing experience, and with the price increases at Moe's, their staff could at least be helpful and courteous.

Today we placed an order on the mobile app. We waited 30 minutes for pickup (which is fine, totally understand that). But upon entering and giving our name and order number, we were told that they didn’t have the order and weren’t going to make it because they didn’t have the ticket. Our confirmation email said it was the correct location and that the order had been confirmed and was ready. We showed them the order number, the email, the address, and just wanted the food we paid $50 for, but they refused to make it. Absolutely horrible customer service, we will surely never use this location again.

I don’t know what’s going on at this Moe’s, but if I wanted to pay $15 for disappointment wrapped in foil, I’d just order airplane food.

I ordered a burrito and got what can only be described as a tortilla-wrapped cry for help. Three grains of rice. Not even a spoonful, just a pitiful rice sprinkle, like they were rationing for the apocalypse. A few lonely chicken scraps floated around in there like they were lost and trying to find the actual meal. Cheese? Salsa? Guac? All presumably somewhere on another planet.

Honestly, I’ve seen more filling in a communion wafer.

The whole thing looked like a toddler rolled it during a hunger strike. And yet, they still had the audacity to charge $15. For what? A soft tortilla with commitment issues?

Do better, Moe’s. Or at least stop yelling “Welcome to Moe’s!” with that level of enthusiasm when what you’re serving is a culinary prank.
