Worst service I’ve ever received here. I’ve been coming here for years and everyone has always been so nice and friendly even during busy hours. The two ladies working were extremely rude and scoffed during our order. All the salsas were almost empty. Very disappointing.

Three stars for service due to inconsistent staff. Sometimes it is the "A" team and they are rocking out the food even when busy. Other times it is the "B" team and they are dragging their feet to pull together even a few orders. I have left twice in such cases because the line wasn't moving and the staff seem to struggle through every task.

I was here about 2 months ago and I was so disappointed with the service. Fast forward to today, and it seems like I must not have been alone. The staff, the service, and the food were awesome today! Management must have cleaned house because I saw all different faces behind the counter and they were all friendly and happy to be there!

Was in last night.. Horrible service, young lady preparing the food was great but the girl checking the customers out was slow and lazy, she was the cause of the line backing up. Also because she took so long our nachos were soggy.

Worst service I’ve ever had in my life and they closed the lobby while ordering an hour before close and was left unattended at the register waiting to pay on my finished order for 10 minutes and rushed out. I could understand short staffing but they were apathetic and rude.

Food is what you expect from moes. But let's talk about how not clean the place was tables all dirty, floor dirty, food line dirty and trash cans over flowing and there was 5 people standing around talking and one kid working.. deff don't recommend eating there get it to

The second time going @5pm and waited on line for 20mins(second on line with at least 7 others behind me). They were taking care of the on line orders and ignoring people waiting to place their orders in front of them. Like I said this is the second time this has happened but this time we walked out!!! Ridiculous!!!!

We have gone to this moes all the time since living here and im not sure if they are under new management or if they are just hiring the wrong people. Went in on 2/5 around 630 pm and wasnt even greeted. I asked the girl working for my burrito to be double wrapped and she told me “we dont do that “ she continued to make my food as i told her i have always had this until another employee came over and told her we do. She then got upset and choose on her own to remake my burrito and double wrap it this time. Safe to say we wont be back at this location for a while and maybe not around this time as the kids they are hiring dont enjoy their job.
