I had the smash burger and it was awful!!! The patties were so dry and had zero seasoning. The fries were under cooked and underwhelming.

First off the Ruby Tuesdays this food was cooked in was nasty. Leaky roof, peeling walls, and broken ceiling tiles. Not only was the food given to me almost 30 minutes after I was told it would be ready, the food was downright gross. The fries were soggy and barely a handful for $4.59. The burgers were supposed to be smash burgers but came out as regular burgers that had all the toppings wrong. The chicken sandwich was two old chicken tenders on a bed of brown lettuce. Mr. Beast would be very disappointed that this was how his product is being served. I’m trying to get a refund from DoorDash but of course it’s not their policy to give full refunds. I will never eat here again.
