The band at 1909 Live brought a good vibe, the drinks was delicious. Customer service wasn't that great because I placed an order waiting over 30 mins just to be told my order given to someone else. I understand that things happen but no one said anything until I asked about it, communicate is the key. There was an extra charge on my bill and when I explained that they added the person I came with order was added to my bill, I was told no one told them it was separate. I get that as well but I assumed that most bar and grills they asked will it be separate and they didn't offer to fix the issue. Will I go back? Yes because that was just one bad night and sometimes things happen. I also enjoyed the rest of it. It was the lack of communication for me.
