$15 smash burger. No smash patty’s. Waitress even told me “I don’t eat the food here”. Salad was wilted and old.
Sweet potatoes fry side was all of 7 fries.

I will never order from here ever again. I got a sirloin steak that was a complete piece of fat that I couldn’t even cut through or rip apart. I was able to get 3 small pieces off the top layer to actually eat. So mad I spent almost 50$ to only be able to eat the rolls I ordered. Even the coleslaw was disgusting it had a milky almost tasteless juice on it. No flavor at all. Just juicy milky tasteless slaw. Ordering a steak was me trying to treat myself for once and I was thoroughly and completely let down.

Wife was sexually assaulted here, after which when she reported it they went after her and were down right aggressive towards her. They had to fire the guy who did it, then afterwards they were nasty to her, and told everyone they were not allowed to speak about it due to it making the friend of the perp sad about it. The man assaulted others, one woman server walked out over it. So to be clear, they have lost 3 people THAT I KNOW OF over a creepy guy who was sexually assaulting women and girls underage, and they tried their best to protect this man. Then they attacked the victim. Fathers and mothers, do not let your children work here, and women avoid! Also the food sucked every time I got any. It was always cold, even a burger was cold and not cooked once, just terrible all around. They apparently brought staff from the other branches which closed, and with those people they brought all their troubles too, I’m guessing the others went out of business for a reason, and those reasons are now plaguing this store.

Recent attempt to dine- we walked in and stood waiting on the manager to stop typing on an IPAD. After, waiting minutes without a greeting or any kind of acknowledgment- we left. If the manager is providing this lack of service, what can you expect from the wait staff.

This is the 2nd time we went, had the same issues. Steak was over cooked. Green beans were mush. Coleslaw was tasteless. My husband order the shrimp dinner couldn't eat it. The fries were hard, as was the shrimp and fried okra. His salad was pretty much all he was able to eat. The appetizers were dried out. And the waiter didn't even pay attention to the level of our drinks. All in all Go to logans. We will be from now on.

It took forever r to get rolls which were not up to their usual standards plus our server vanished & no one could find her….fortunately the great manager stepped in to help us…..plus the ladies room need f a good going over

The burger was ok but the brownie Sundae was not good. Brownie was dry, icecream tasted bad and the chocolate sauce lacked flavor in a very small portion.
