Pan Super Buffet

I came here with a friend all the way from Mt. Pleasant. We were dying for some Chinese buffet. After going to two other locations that were closed we decided to try this one since it wasn't too far from where we were at the moment. We were not disappointed. The food was really good and they had all our favorites. They are being safe during Covoid by only having one side of the buffet open and giving the customers plastic gloves to wear while fixing their plate. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I liked it so much that a week later I drove from Mt. Pleasant again to Ladson just to enjoy their food and service. Great job! Wish you were in Mt. P!!! Also they have a frequent diner card which I've never seen at any other buffet. After 10 dinners or 10 lunches you get the 11th free. I will definitely make the drive to visit them again and plan to take my sister there when she comes to visit

I have always enjoyed Pan’s. The selection is always good, especially at dinner time. They have good all you can eat sushi. The only Chinese restaurant that has Coconut chicken/shrimp on the buffet. They have a nice rewards program as well! Their cold bar is always full of fresh salad, fruits and peel and eat shrimp. The restaurant is always clean. Wait staff, while reserved, is always pleasant! I wish I didn’t live so far away or I would go more often!

I have got to say that this place is pretty good , we came out here a couple times since the pandemic and I’ve got to say that I am pretty impressed by the way they adjusted their buffet to a safer and cleaner environment. They did this by wrapping the buffet up with plastic and making serving us with styrofoam plates (while having a mask and gloves on). When they didn’t have an item we wanted they were quick to make the food specifically for us !

Great food, variety, and actual appreciation for my business, but the price is just a little higher than most. $12.97 for dinner buffet.

The employees of this place are very nice and kind. This place is very calm and is good for anyone that desires some peace and amazing chinese food

Nice atmosphere. Excellent and friendly service. Accommodating of elderly and Spanish-speaking customers. They have a safe method for serving during coronavirus that works pretty well, notably.

Pan Super Buffet on Dorchester Road in Summerville is a great place to go for all things Chinese, hibachi, and sushi. Everything here that I have tried has been fresh, delicious, and well prepared. I really like all of the different items that they have available and the variety of choice that they have. The staff here is very welcoming and works hard to provide an excellent experience. I have had an enjoyable time every time I have been here and they are well worth a visit.

Food was super DIGUSTING, service was TERRIBLE, expensive, & very limited options. I didn't want to finish an item because it was too oily that I did not want to eat it and the waitress told me to put if on my new plate of food when she was taking the old one away. Bathroom did not have a lock. The waitress kept putting the top on my cup without gloves and concent then I would take the top on the cup then she would put it back on. Came in for lunch, was charged for dinner, and relaxed for a while then went to get another plate and was told that we had to leave or pay another $26 to get more food. I am certainly a cheap person, but when I go to a buffet I don't expect to rudely be kicked out for treating it like a buffet. They did not have a sign saying that we were not allowed to stay. I had 2 plates of food and my spouse had 3, 2 of which were plates of fruit. There is only like 15 options. You are not allowed to get your own food, they judge you and rush you and glare at you when you are asking for food. Definitely the worst dining experience I have ever had.

And, she repeated doing that multiple times. After resting a while and had 2 plates of food, I was told that I couldn't get any more food if I didn't want to pay another $26 to get more food.

Always polite service. Food is good most times we went. Two occasions not good, but we go often so the other times make up for it

First time out to eat since the virus started. The precautions that were taken was awesome! Food was great and workers were so excited to have us!!

The food was very very good, the service was also very good, they fix the food for you on paper plates with paper cups and plastic forks they are taking the virus very seriously and it is well planned out
