Would give zero stars if I could. Our order was completely wrong, and the experience at the drive thru was just as disappointing. The woman at the window (08/2 @ 6pm) didn’t say a single word not a greeting, not a goodbye just shut the window in our face. I even made the effort to say, “Thanks, hope you have a good night,” and got absolutely nothing in return.
It was obvious the order was incorrect, and frankly, it felt like she knew and didn’t care. If customer service isn’t your thing and it clearly isn’t maybe consider a role where you don’t have to interact with people at all.
To the Panera manager: I strongly suggest reevaluating your hiring process. If this is the level of service being allowed at your location, it’s reflecting poorly on the brand. Do better.

Ordered 35 of food on app and it went to this location cause app glitches and I was hour away so I had to place order at nearest location and pat again. This manager that night at this store said they would refund my cash and it's been few days and nothing. I'll never ever ord er panera again and i will be going to corporate if my 35$ isn't refund asap. 79 bucks for 2 soups and sandwiches biggest waste and I only paid again cause promise a refund. Horrible customer service i have emailed them for days nothing unfortunately I work midnight

Staff never bothered to interact with the 3 customers waiting by the pick up counter to ask if they needed help with an order or pick up. She talked to another staff, looked upset and then looked down while standing behind the counter and kept people waiting. Poor service...
My order of salad was missing ingredients ..... A small piece of baguette was thrown into the bag at the bottom of the paper bag...

The worst Panera experience and a complete waste of money (and time). I ordered the half bacon bravo and omg if I wanted a “special sauce” sandwich I would’ve asked for it! The sandwich was literally soaked in special sauce and very messy to the point where I needed to wipe off the access in order to eat it (the last few bites were meat and cheese only - I started to get a stomach ache). Also order a cup of chicken and wild rice soup and that was also disgusting - tasted old, not enough contents (very liquid-y). Overall the worst experiences that I’ve had with Panera!

16th Feb. there is a female who takes orders through headset. 1. She will assume you are DoorDash or whatever things, if you ain’t white. I started reading comments and I can see that only whites going there. I suggest rename this place white bread. 2. Soup portion - I mean I get it you trying to save money for profit. But holy cow, smallest portion of soup ever. 3. Baguette - is not baguette some kind of imaginary white ass bread. Which tastes and looks nothing like baguette.
I was in pretty much 100 chains of Panera bread. I nominate this branch as the WORST EVER.
Time Stamp: 7:40 Pm / 1/25/2025 Worst experience stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Employees walking around on phones and playing around in the corner. Manager seriously needs to find a better night crew.

This Panera location is a great lunch spot! The menu has a variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, and other goodies. They have a large dining room and the tables are always clean. The staff is very friendly and I like that Skyler always remembers my order and name! The food is tasty and the bathrooms are always clean. I would recommend Panera Bread as a great go-to lunch spot for excellent service, menu variety, and a clean restaurant! 5 Stars!⭐️

I've had the Bacon Turkey Bravo from here some weeks ago and that was a pretty good sandwich. I saw a YouTuber named Dame try the French Dipper and he made it look so good. I asked my wife to bring me one home and it was just as good as he hyped it up to be. Lol. The sandwich was well built, the Au jus was flavorful . I'm not sure how much it cost but it was definitely money well spent. Lol. Hope you like it if you decide to go to Panera and give it a try. Take care.

Listen now this WAS my favorite restaurant in the worlddddddddd and I finally got to go yesterday after not being able too for a while and I got food poisoning.... never have I ever thought I would get it from such a nice place think again... and another thing GIVE ME ALL MY SOUP NEXT TIME!?!like they only gave a a quarter of a my soup in my bowl.... sadly and probably never going there again. Get your things tg panera or you'll be next like shoneys.
