I highly advise AGAINST eating here - save your time, frustration, and money and visit Honeybaked Ham Co. across the parking lot, or McAllister’s deli across the street.

Instead of asking you what you want they should start off with “Here’s what we have” - this restaurant is always out of high-demand items, such as the bread bowls, soups, drinks and salads- it’s honestly bewildering how many times I have visited this location and they still manage to be out of more than half of the soups, salads, and certain ingredients in sandwiches. The staff is too busy having casual conversations to do their jobs and check stock of items BEFORE they are ordered. There were 2 totally unrelated items that were out of stock as part of my order. We were not notified until 10-15 minutes AFTER we had ordered.

There is no communication between FOH and BOH staff- with the exception of the person running the register, I would almost say the remainder of the staff previously worked in the kitchen at a prison. I highly advise AGAINST eating here - save your time, frustration, and money and visit Honeybaked Ham Co. across the parking lot, or McAllister’s deli across the street. We will not be eating here again.

If you are the franchise owner or store manager, I advise going into a line of business that does not involve stocking items. You are failing.

Attempted to go through the drive through but waited in like for 10 minutes cars didn’t move. Ended up going inside and waited 30 minutes for the order. The open kitchen idea is horrible idea. They gave me half my order and acted like it was my fault no one knew what they were doing. Whoever does the hiring should be terminated whoever does the training should also be termination. Probably should have the employees go to Chick-fil-A so they understand customers service.

If you place an online delivery order it appears that they are fulfilling the delivery themselves. Not the case. They are using door dash drivers and when your order is incorrect they tell you to contact door dash. However, the order doesn't even reference on your door dash account. So you are basically out of that $$.

Ordered two sandwiches to go. Waited for them for over 30 minutes. When we ordered we were told they were out of croissants. The place was dirty and smelled like burnt bread.

Better service than the one over in North Charleston - no wait for a drink cup (that was the entire order), but croissant they had to be reminded to give me. They were prepping a lot of lunches for later in the day.

Sweet tea was good. The unsweet tea - weird after flavor like it wasn't cleaned out properly of soap?

So we ordered the French Ciabatta Dipper and got home with no dipping sauce. The sandwich was loaded with mayonnaise and barely had any roast beef. Gross sandwich

Got a salad from this location and on top of it being fishy, I got this nasty bug in my salad. Absolutely disgusting.

Two half sandwiches 1/2 cup of tomato soup two drinks $30. Basically a serve yourself place. People friendly but what do they do and then they ask for a gratuity. Very cold temp.

Would give zero stars if I could.
Our order was completely wrong, and the experience at the drive thru was just as disappointing. The woman at the window (08/2 @ 6pm) didn’t say a single word not a greeting, not a goodbye just shut the window in our face. I even made the effort to say, “Thanks, hope you have a good night,” and got absolutely nothing in return.

It was obvious the order was incorrect, and frankly, it felt like she knew and didn’t care. If customer service isn’t your thing and it clearly isn’t maybe consider a role where you don’t have to interact with people at all.

To the Panera manager: I strongly suggest reevaluating your hiring process. If this is the level of service being allowed at your location, it’s reflecting poorly on the brand. Do better.
