Haven’t tried Panera’s in a while because of the service and the food. I thought I’d give this location a try. Very few customers in the restaurant. I am the only one in line and stood there for about 3 to 5 minutes with no sign of life! I finally lightly said “hello?“ An “attitudy”employee came around the corner immediately, no smile, and no expression, and simply said how can I help you? I asked how old the coffee was and if it was fresh and she replies “I don’t know, I just got here.” I said, could you ask somebody?she said no, we all just got here, none of us know. I said, could you make some fresh coffee? She says: I’ll just go get you coffee from the drive-through.Coffee was lukewarm. don’t most restaurants that are known for coffee time their Coffee for freshness and expiration?I went to pick my food up at the window and smiled at the person and said thank you, and this person looked at me expressionless, silent, and walked away.

It’s essentially what you are looking when you get to a Panera. Very good consistency of the product and a fairly good value. This particular location has friendly people and quick service and overall a very good experience.

Haven't been in awhile and the kiosks take longer than having someone added to the counter. I still had to wait in line to get a cup for water. Salad was sub-par. Waited awhile for it and it wasn't too crowded.

Worst Panera in the area. Coffee is always either empty or cold. They shut down the soda machines and Coffee station well before closing time. Whatever they use to clean the floors with makes the place smell rotten.

I don’t know who is running this place, but they need to make a change. I ordered something they were out of. That happens sometimes. But, why wouldn’t you tell me before I get all the way to the drive thru window?

I showed up at the Panera Bread drive-thru at 8:45 PM, well before their 9:00 PM closing time, only to be met with an automated voice saying they were closed. I drove out of my way specifically to come here, and it was a complete waste of time. If you’re going to close early, update your hours. Very disappointing.
