Finding a table to place a high chair when people are lined up against the wall is difficult. It’s tight on space at this location. Walking up to the counter, sometimes the employee will stare at you instead of asking if they can help you or take your order and you have to interrupt what they’re doing to order or get help. The food is good. Boxes that fit leftovers are hard to come by.

Very disappointing used to go here every week. Fully staffed but still can't get order right even when they are slow. To busy talking not working. Never going to this place again. Food was not as ordered, the broccoli cheese soup was watery and tasted like someone put milk in it. Sandwich wasn't every fill hardly any meat or condiments in it. Plus wasn't even made to how I order it then instead of fixing it correctly they put my missing condiments on the side in container. Crappy service and horrible food. Never again.

I walked in today to place an order and have lunch with my daughter. There are about 10 people behind the The counter working if you wanna call it that. There are piles of dishes that need to be picked up. It took us 20 minutes to get our soup and sandwich. The lemonades and teas were not made. They were sitting in pictures and they have the audacity to ask for a tip.

I ordered soup with bread (comes free with the soup). My girlfriend also ordered soup but didn't want the bread so I said "I will take her bread" when we ordered at the counter. Jalayna, at the counter was very nice and joked with us at the order counter At the pickup counter the server was less than cordial when my girlfriend picked up the order. She put croutons in her soup and my girlfriend politely ask the she wanted no croutons. Her Attitude was sharp and she grumbled under her breath Then she did not serve any bread with the order. She grumbled "We are out of bread." I she had a better attitude, I may have overlooked this little faux pas. But the name of the place is Panera bread. So i rolled my wheelchair over to her and asked if the place is called Panera Bread and they had loaves of bread at the front order counter, why is there no bread?She grumbled under her breath "I don't have to put up with this ". And she that they were out of bread so we got potato chips.I talked to her manager and he was able to accommodate my bread request You would think that those who chose to work in the hospitality business would want to learn how to be cordial and helpful with difficult customers. Not cause regular happy customers to turn difficult That's not her is it the one that's there now at the counters are. I must commend Kevin the manager on the way he responded to the situation. All in all. I enjoyed the experience as I usually do One bad apple didn't spoil this outing

This location is the worst!! I tried to use my sip club and the woman at the register could not find my member number so she gave me a large cup and asked my son if he wanted one too. I then ordered food and waited for it. At the counter making the food was a man and a woman who claimed she was the manager. She began getting very loud saying If people order 2 med waters they should not be helping themselves to two large lemonades ( the only option that wasn't empty ) . She complained of us messing up her inventory and saying "this is why they should not leave cups out on the floor for people to take whatever they want, it's not ok. " When I got my food she repeated this again when I told her instead of being rude to customers maybe train her staff better as I can't go back there and enter my own order as the correct drinks . Instead of apologizing she told me next time update my new phone number so they could find the sip club. Shocking how she spoke to me especially as a manager. Got home and the food was terrible and threw it out. I will never go back to that location and will cancel the sip club going forward.

The poor girl at the counter needs some help and the shift lead I’m thinking is named Elijah is just rude and has no work ethic my name was put in wrong so low and behold it took me a second to grab my order from the pick up counter to which he said “I called their name out and they diddnt come “ while walking away mumbling and visibly irritated and the poor manager at the counter looked embarrassed if you don’t want to provide customer service don’t fill out the application!

PANERA BREAD...WOULD IT **KILL** YOU TO SUBSTITUTE ANY OTHER BREAD AS A SIDE WHEN YOU RUN OUT OF FRENCH LOAVES AT 6:30PM?!?! I mean, your name has "bread" in it, yet you refuse to even give me sandwich bread or crackers for my soup!!!! Seriously?!?! And it's not the first time this has happened.

Tried to order through the drive thru but the woman taking my order was so rude I decided to not complete the order and went elsewhere. I'll never go back to this restaurant again. If you are going to charge the prices they do for half a sandwich the least you can do is be courteous to your customers.

Went to this particular store on a Friday mid-morning and they were out of bagels and bread. Although the service was polite it's simply inexcusable for a store to run out of the main item it promotes. The store seems conducive to gatherings but was not able to fully take in the surrounding. I rarely give zero stars (suppose I have to add one star)but feel in this case it appears appropriate.
