The following pics are from the second time I placed a delivery order, and there were issues. The first time my delivery order had issues was last Saturday 04/06/24. I was supposed to get the same thing I ordered tonight (an Extra Crispy Thin Crust Large Supreme Pizza). Last Saturday the pizza was not extra Crispy, but instead cold and not cooked all the way still doughey! So I called the actual store, and the manager was nice and credited me for a free pizza so that was issue was resolved. So I was hesitant on placing another place, but bc they resolved my issue from last week I thought I'd give them another chance. Well tonight me and my niece were eating and one of the slices had card board pieces from a pizza box, but it wasn't from my box. I inspected the my box thought maybe a piece tore off when i opened but as you can see from the pic the cardboard pieces were undeath the cheese and toppings and cooked into it. They look like green peppers but upon biting into my slice it tasted funny and a hard weird texture and noticed it was cardboard pieces from the the pizza boxes they use to put the pizzas in. Patrick the manager solved my issue and he was great, the delivery driver great and super early, but only a credit for a free pizza. Nice they offered a free credit but cardboard pieces in a pizza is unacceptable.

Ordered original crust well done.Received thin crust not even cooked, still doughy and stuck to box. Not even edible. Threw it out. Save your money, i wasted $35 on a cold small pizza thats now in the trash.

The order took 30 minutes longer than the estimate to pick it up. But they marked it online as ready. Most likely to avoid some corporate ding on their metrics. Because they are ignoring the customers in the store I called the phone line to speak with be manager. Not a single employee made a single attempt to answer it.

This has to be the worst pizza place in Summerville, I ordered from here for the first time and will most definitely be my last. Whoever prepared the pizza must lean to one side because that was where all my toppings were thrown and carboard taste better than the pizza. Never again!!!

First of all I just want to say I don’t recommend eating here. For 1, the delivery man didn’t have change for 2 20 dollar bills that equals forty and the man on the line clearly he said he had the change. But No. And 2nd, you don’t serve someone hard dried up pizza it’s dried up on the crust and the pizza itself. Is hard too from bottom. Cookie pizza? Same way it’s very hard like rock you can’t even press down on it. I don’t usually order from this location but never again

Tried placing an order on the phone and got disconnected. Drove to the business to complete the order and my order was still on the computer but I didn't receive a call back to complete the order. I only ordered bc my son received a certificate from school. I will not order from here again....

They got the last order incorrect,asked for thin crust,didn't get it.Thin crust only offerred on large pizza,family not always in need of a Large for the variety of choices,is only complaint. Employees patient and professional.
