I ordered a double sausage pizza. If that's double sausage, I would hate to see what single sausage is. Tasted good, though. Even the dog liked it, and she turns her nose up a lot! I also like that they have their own delivery people and not DoorDash. DoorDash sucks.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Ordered one of the bowls they rave about on the commercials and online and didn’t even receive enough to feed my 7 year old child. Ridiculous. Called the store and they were VERY rude. Asked for the managers name and to speak with them and did not let me. Offered to even come up and receive another and denied. We literally order Papa John’s EVERY Friday but today we wanted it since we skipped last night but I promise our Friday night pizza nights service will go elsewhere. TERRIBLE.

Love the service here! They are normally busy. They work great as a team. They are fast. All very kind and helpful!! They have a dry-erase board for shifts and whatnot. On their they have quotes or saying. I love reading them! They always go above and double-check to make sure the order is correct and that there are correct sauces. Overall, it's a really great place!

The food wasn’t the problem. My problem was, I ordered pizza for my family and myself and picked it up. When I got home I realized I got my pizza and someone else’s and was missing one of mine. I called and let them know what happened. I went and picked it up at the time they said it would be ready. I walk in, I was the only customer and they were not busy at all, I stood there and waited as I was ignored and walked passed by the staff. When I was finally acknowledged, they gave me my pizza, no apology for the mix up, no eye contact, just handed me my pizza and walked away. Now I understand if they were busy but they weren’t.
The driver left my food on the ground! Didn't knock or ring the doorbell, nothing at all. When I called up to the store, Kaylee said she would put in a new order, and send us a new pizza, said about 30-45 mins. After an hour, I called for an update, and I was told that she never put the order in, and ignored the other employee when they tried to catch her on her way out. Thankfully, Tanner helped me out. He apologized for the incident, and quickly fixed my problems. Thank you Tanner! It was nice to have pizza, that didn't have ants.

I've always loved Papa John's! This particular location has gone down hill, so to speak. The food quality is "hit or miss" Sometimes it is fresh and cooked to perfection. Other times (like this past Saturday) the order was w-a-y over cooked ~ the pizza and the cinnamon bites both! dry... warm but not hot. I love 5 minutes away and order came n a timely manner, but it seemed "old" and sitting out too long... I WISH they could get consistency!

Ordered a pizza was told it would arrive in 45 minutes. An hour later I call the store just to be told they have no drivers. Preston said they were using door dash. And that his ovens were off. This is so unprofessional and wrong. I will not ever do business here again.
