Absolutely terrible food and service. I had a chicken taco salad and the chicken was cold and you could taste that it had been left over from at least the day before. I let the server know this and never got a single apology. I was just asked if I wanted to exchange it for something else. Don’t eat Pedro's Mexican Grill. We called in an order told 10-15 minutes arrived food not prepared waited 45 minutes and it still wasn’t done. I had already paid upon arrival because they said another 5 minutes. Then my husband asks and they still hadn’t prepared the food and said they couldn’t refund us the money because Pedro wasn’t there and no other manager there. Ummm…. Wtf?!?!!
