I should have known this wasn't going to be a good experience, when we walked in and all the chairs were on the table. I asked can we sit inside, the counter staff said no only outside seating. I asked why and they stated they didn't want to clean this inside. Then as we are waiting for our food, i could hear to cook staff say they couldn't complete an order because they didn't know how to make it. Then we got our food, i had the chicken Philly, my wife had the original philly, kids shared Ravioli. Both subs were dry and had to put 5-6 pks of mayo on them. The Ravioli and Meatballs was very bland. I highly don't recommend this place!

Ordered 3 sandwiches, 17” cheesesteak and 17” chicken philly, and a meatball sub. The chicken philly was inedible, just a package full of unseasoned mush. The cheesesteak wasn’t any better. The meatball sub was very bland. Very disappointed. Called them and let them know, and the manager was very apologetic, and refunded me with no issue. The food was 1 star, but I left 2 stars because they were accommodating.

Ordered the chicken Philly cheese belly buster and it was horrible ! There was no cheese the chicken was dried and dark brown .worst meal I’ve ever had at Phillys.you guys need to step it up . Way to much money for poor quality of food.

OMG what the heck happened, been going there for 20+years, haven't been in awhile so we ordered Saturday, bread was hard, meat dry, cheese, what there was, was on the bottom of the bread not mixed in like it used to be and to search for the onions, we used to be able to split a large fry, not anymore. Used to be my go to Philly place, so disappointed ?

Called in my order. Was told twice that it was going to take a few more minutes. They put my order in the grub hub pile and just forgot about me. When they figured what happened out I asked them to remake my food because it was cold. They didn't want to remake the food. Got home and yep the food was cold and not even good. This place is just going down like a dumpster fire.

I'm originally from New York and my sister lives in philly..I've had my share of delicious philly cheese Steaks. This place here will definitely be missed...i hope in the future you guys might open again...I tried a philly cheese steak from Famulari's the other day ...it was good but it wasn't philly style....I understand because this Famulari's place is a pizza joint..one thing I would say if you love philly cheese steaks...try Famulari's philly cheese steak pizza! ..it's definitely a must try ...it'll curve your phillys crave for sure ..
