We are so sorry to hear that Philly's is closing. I went today to order one last time. There were 100+ people waiting line. What a nice way to show you how much we enjoyed Philly's, and will miss you.

Philly's is a great place to go. The "tummy tickler" specials make a great, quick dinner and a very reasonably priced. I often go by for pasta also. Highly recommend!

We ordered carryout this evening for our family's dinner. I have loved food from Philly's for 20+ years. I was very disappointed in my cheesesteak. The meat was very dry and it was like the cheese never melted. I hope the quality of food improves. This was very dissapointing.

Worst experience ever here! Called in an order and was quoted wait time of 20-25 mins. Ended up waiting 50 minutes for my order and when I got home both of my sandwiches were not right. The cheese was pretty much non existent for a cheese steak. I understand that you are busy but when you wait that long I would at least expect my order to be correct! I called to speak to a manager and waited on hold for 10 minutes and no one ever came to the phone. Won't be back to eat here anytime soon. So disappointed ☹️

I've eaten here twice now. The Philly cheesesteaks are really good. The fries are decent. Nothing to write home about. My biggest issue with this place is the wait time. I work about 30-40 minutes from here and live close. I called in my order so it would be ready when I got there. Wrong. I still had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes. The girls working the front counter did a great good with the people waiting. The people in the kitchen though need some work. If your willing to wait for your wait this is a good place to get a Philly.

Called in my order. Was told twice that it was going to take a few more minutes. They put my order in the grub hub pile and just forgot about me. When they figured what happened out I asked them to remake my food because it was cold. They didn't want to remake the food. Got home and yep the food was cold and not even good. This place is just going down like a dumpster fire. JUST CLOSE THIS PLACE!!!

The food's OK, there's never really been enough places to set. Now they have a new location and they still won't put tables or chairs out. I'm not taking my sandwich and freezer french fries home.

The chicken cheesesteak was so soggy the bread just fell apart. There was no cheese and it was over cooked and the chicken was brown in color. The chicken fingers were so burnt and rock hard. It used to be good but not anymore. My family won’t be back.

My family and I visited Philly's Saturday night around 5-6. The dining room was closed with the tables, chairs, and ladders etc. all pushed to each side of the dining room. I asked why and was told they didn't have enough staff to open the dining room. There were 3 employees working the front. They were extremely rude. They refused to make additional sweet tea. Obviously, these employees don't want to work based off our experience and other reviews. The caesar salad dressing was sour and probably expired. The trash cans were emptied, but no new bags were replaced. We were unable to throw away our trash. The soda machine needs repair. It spits out water at you while are trying to get the soda of your choice. We waited a really long time for our food. I'm unsure if I want to go back if it is always like that. Based off the other reviews and the rude comments by the owner, I think we will go somewhere else next time. I was so disappointed after driving across town.

Ordered online. We ordered 2 cheese steaks 2 large fries and a dessert cake. I received an e mail stating a refund for part of my purchase. I called and was told the fryer was being cleaned and they were out of the cake. Now I'm no restaurant expert but why would you close your fryer at prime ordering time. When I arrived to pick up the order I inquired about the fryer and was told by the very young employees that they do it so they don't have to work late. They were rude and never said thanks for the order or anything. I have been a Phillys fan for about 20 years but after this evening I may have to seek my cheese steak needs elsewhere. Addition to review....The patronizing response by an "owner" has solidified my decision to spend my money elsewhere. I will likely share my recent experience with friends and family alike on social media. Like so many businesses now it is always an excuse for not giving customers service that is comparable to the money spent. So to response to the last statement from "owner" you will not see me soon.

The girl who answered the phone was a little shot but they were busy so I give her a pass. The steak sandwich was excellent!

There was once a time when the food and service was 5 star. There was a line out the door and people couldn’t wait to get in. I built my sister up on the amazing philly’s and well I was beyond disappointed. The cheesesteak seemed to be over cooked or old. When asked about dine in the owner said she didn’t have enough staff to accommodate. I think if your 3 girls at the front have time to chat and play on their cell phones, then they have plenty of time to bust a table or two. You are in a business where your reputation and revenue relies on the customers. Instead of making excuses for your employees getting their feelings hurt when a customer is rude perhaps you should teach them to get off of their phones and work. Perhaps hire someone older than 15 to teach them real life customer service skills because the children are falling short. I overheard conversations between the girls up front not appropriate for customers ears. I pray for the sake of this business instead of taking offense to these comments, use them to be great again. The food was once on point but had gone by the wayside. I wish you the best.

Went for lunch today and a hamburger sub and a drink was $17.50!!! The mix in their fountain machine is TERRIBLY off. Every soda choice was flat and disgusting. Opted for the sweet tea and there are bits of tea leaves floating in my drink...and not just a few. Not sure if they are under renovation, but all tables and chairs are stacked to the sides of the place. As far as taste goes, I would call it a good sub, but not good enough to come back.

The young lady at the counter was nice, but since they are short staffed, I should have known that it wouldn’t be up to par.Sandwich was bland and even my wife commented that she didn’t like it.I know Covid is killing businesses but the quality was just not there today.

It's pretty sad what this place has become. No seating inside. Their excuse is they don't have enough people. I personally witnessed 4 young ladies sharing what they had on their phones the entire time we were there waiting for our sandwich. If they have time to play on their phones, they certainly have time to clean tables. The fries are horrendous. Do Not Order These! You could crumble them in your hands. They were way overcooked. I hope this business recovers but it may be lost. There used to be a line out the door. Today, not so much!
