Although theiir food is fairly good, as of the past few months, their service is waning. Tonight, I was one of the masses who had placed an order for food either online or through the call center who found themselves in an indefinite wait for our orders. Once at the store after a 30 minute wait I was told that it would be 15 to 30 minutes wait time as the manager had called out sick, another manager was filling in and a couple of junior employees were outright voicing their oppossition...read full review
