Not clean floors should be swept and mopped more often. Workers sitting in a tiny room that I can see from the parking lot just on their phones when they have about 3 people in the lobby waiting on food.

Automated system said it was cancelled. Waited 10 minutes to speak to someone and then reached out to the online chat after no one came to the line. Online chat said it would take 1-3 days to get back in touch.

I order 4 personal pizza and 4 20oz drinks for delivery. They didn't deliver my sodas. So, I called and was on hold for 20+ mins. The delivery guy didn't know what to do. If someone from pizza hut would at least talk to me. I would be mad. You don't have to worry about me ordering Pizza Hut anytime soon. I gave them a 20% tip too!

Christy the Gm manager was very rude I ordered a pepperoni pizza and we got a cheese pizza my son went and picked it up demanded my son to keep it I called and Christy said she is not giving us another pizza being she is the Gm That’s terrible I’m definitely contacting corporate we never ever have issues with returning food get her out your store quickly y’all already rated 3.5
