I just want to send my sincere THANK YOU to Santazia!!! She went ABOVE & BEYOND when my delivery order was picked up by an Uber Driver and then cancelled by the Uber Driver while it was on the way. The delivery cancellation was NOT Pizza Huts doing. It was the Uber Driver. Santazia was so sweet and professional and definitely a true asset to your team! I've never had a problem with this pizza hut. Always have been my favorite until today. I tip and everything, but the cook and cashier today were NASTY (both females). I get they're backed up but when you order a pizza with extra cheese but it's missing half the cheese, make it right without attitude. I was polite as could be until they got nasty and I still kept my composure. Your employees need to not only do better, but be better. Their attitude was completely unnecessary...read full review
this pizza hut is awful and the manager there Katherine is very rude. I just paid over $30 for food from there and the pizza, cheesy bread, or pasta didn't look fresh and Katherine tells me on the phone well make I checked the order before it left and it looked fresher to her😠WTH no mame!!! this manager voice was loud and was trying to get a argument but it didn't work. if a customer bring there food back and say this food not fresh I WOULD HAVE APOLOGIZE AND THEN HAD HE/SHE...read full review
