For someone who works at T-Mobile and literally works in tech support, that issue that occured is ON YOU not on me. I put the code in and literally it shows I'm getting free cheese sticks. I wouldn't have placed the order if I wasn't getting those because Dominos is much better and cheaper. It's not the money that matters it's the concept. Then they're talking out loud like I'm nuts and saying I'm discriminating. What am I discriminating about?? I ordered food and didn't get what I ordered. I guess the 2.2 stars that this place has is discriminating too. It would be completely different if the place had great reviews and didnt have many more negative then positive. The only person that was nice was the man. He deserves a raise because he was respectful and actually cared. He came and made the situation right instead of screaming from across the store like the other 2 girls. She kept talking about being pregnant and dilating too. Some stuff should be kept personal honestly. With all due respect I hope her pregnancy goes well and she finds a job that better suits her needs. However, I just don't see how I'm the one who's wrong when pictures speak for themselves. I DID PUT THE CODE IN ON THE WEBSITE TOO! IT LITERALLY SAID REDEEMED. I showed them it too!

I havenât had Pizza Hut in probably 10 years, and lets just say, I never got that nostalgia feeling. Ordered a pepperoni and a meat lovers. The pepperoni was somewhat ok, probably a 5/10, but the meat lovers? Tasted straight out of the grocery store frozen pizza section.
Definitely disappointed in quality; nowhere near how it used to be.

We called them and they were very rude and we could not understand them and was rude when we asked them to repeat themselves we ordered 2 pizza they told us it was 80$ for 2. So I canceled the order they asked way more personal questions about me that they did not need to ask. Overall a terrible experience

I just want to send my sincere THANK YOU to Santazia!!! She went ABOVE & BEYOND when my delivery order was picked up by an Uber Driver and then cancelled by the Uber Driver while it was on the way. The delivery cancellation was NOT Pizza Huts doing. It was the Uber Driver. Santazia was so sweet and professional and definitely a true asset to your team! She helped me with my order and rallied a new driver for my delivery while she re-entered my order so that my food would arrive to me nice and hot and fresh! Santazia even took an extra step and called me back once my order had left with the new driver and headed my way! OUTSTANDING!!

9/28 not sure if new management or not, but could tell a difference for the better! When I walked in a very pleasant lady and the team weâre clearly on top or things this time unlike the past. My order was only a couple min behind schedule (I actually didnât think anything of it) and she made a point to apologize and let me know it would be right up. Everything about the experience was incredibly pleasant. Excited to see the positive changes !

This is the second time that i came here when my order was supposed to be ready and i was told another 15-20 mins. I already gave them 30mins. Why did I have to wait extra time. The service in this store sucks and the customer service does too.
