I made a call to the store wasn’t even able to get two words off before I got hung up on granted I stuttered but I just was caught off guard vans didn’t know exactly if I wanted to do carry out and delivery

We get pizza every Friday night and they never disappoint! Great pizza, pasta and cheese sticks.
Went by to pickup a to go order and was ignored by three employees who continued going about business as if people weren’t in the lobby waiting at the counter. Lady sitting in the lobby waiting for her order said “they’re going to ignore you for about five minutes” and she wasn’t kidding. Then a heavy set kid with an attempt at a mustache came over and just stared at me. Finally got my order and couldn’t have been more disrespectful if he tried.

STAY AWAY! My pizza was marked as "ready" online so I grabbed my keys and went to pick it up only to sit and wait for almost 30 more minutes. Even the TV screen Said "READY". I Got home and I could count on my hand the amount of sausages that were on the pizza. Breadsticks were chewy and cold. $25 for a large pizza. Never again

The delivery did not go well. They forget an item from my order. I called the store and got no answer. I had to go there to pick up a 20 ounce drink. All of this after I pre tipped the driver. Not anymore Pizza Hut. No more ordering, no more tipping.

Delivery promised in 45 mins. At 60 mins, still no food. Called the store to check on the status, was told it had been delivered. I said, no, it hasn't. Was put on hold. Store worker came back to the phone and said, what was wrong with your order? I said I haven't received it. Was told it's on the way, we only have one driver. I said that's not my problem, I want a discount! Was put on hold again. Food shows up at 83 mins while I'm still on hold. Held for 15 mins!! No one came back to the phone. I finally hung up. $81 worth of food. Food was cold. No discount. Will never order pizza hut delivery again!
They cooked my pizza too long. The cheese was no stringy and the sauce had dried up.

I placed an order through the pizza hut website around 6:15 PM and was told estimated delivery time was 45 minutes. At 7 pm I received a text notifying me that DoorDash would be delivering my order. At 8pm i tried to track my order online and it said order cancelled.i was never emailed or called from Pizza Hut to notify me the order was cancelled. I called the store for clarification and was told there was nothing they could do. I requested a refund and the manager told me I would have to call customer service. When I asked for that number the man said “ugh I don’t know” two hours after I placed the order, no pizza, no refund and the staff was extremely unhelpful in fixing the problem and on top of that rude.

Ordered 'Take Out' as this is an express location. Pizza was great and made to perfection. Got a side of Honey BBQ Wings that was excellent. 1st time returning to this location in quite a while.
I come to this specific pizza Hut because I got tired of the location by my house always ruining the order. And the Dorchester Rd location is always worth the trip, until tonight. I don't know what happened, but everything we ordered was well over cooked. I realize it was close to the time you guys close, but you had to have seen this food before we got it... It wasnt just a little over cooked, it was borderline burnt. It was the first time this has happened at this location, but I can't imagine it should ever happen.
