I had a really uncomfortable experience at this Pizza Hut. While waiting for my food, I noticed employees handling food without wearing gloves, which immediately raised concerns. When I asked about it, I was told they “don’t have to wear gloves,” which didn’t make me feel any better about food safety.
What bothered me the most was seeing chicken fall onto the floor and then appear to be put back into the fryer/grease instead of being thrown away. That was shocking and completely unacceptable to witness as a customer.

I had a straightforward order. My breadsticks weren't cut into 10 pieces; they were just split in two. They also seemed overcooked and dry.
Additionally, my apple pies were supposed to be 6 pieces. However, one piece was just crust; the apple filling was nowhere to be found, and it was squished.
I chose this location for convenience, but I will choose a different one next time.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. How hard is it to send out a pepperoni pizza correctly. Then they do t answer the phone when the call center transfer you to the store to talk to a manager. Nor do they call back like the call center agent said they would after my ticket was submitted. Why is there even a call center. When customers have issues we want to speak directly to the employees who made the food, not some foreigner that’s not even in the same city. I will be bringing this shitty pizza back in person since y’all can’t run your business properly.

More than likely the worst Charleston area location possible. Horrible wait times and they don’t answer the phone. I was charged for a pizza I never received. I placed the order through the app, it wasn’t ready at the pickup time. I came back an HOUR later and it STILL wasn’t ready. I understand being busy and short staffed, but I came to pick up my order two hours after the promised time. That’s insane. I won’t be returning to this location.

Ordered online... received a text saying my order was being delivered by doordash, which I hate. Someone decided to eat a portion of my pizza. They tapped the bag with the already sealed drinks, but not the pizza boxes! I paid an extra $14 to have my food fondled... I'll stick with Jets Pizza

We ordered a pizza at 6:12 and it said that it was going to be ready at 6:37.. My wife didn’t leave the location until 7:34 with the pizza. AND LOOK AT THE PICTURE OF WHAT WE GOT.. Absolutely ridiculous. Called to get a refund and nobody would answer.. I will be stopping by the store for our money back.
Update: I went back calmly to the store the next day and explained what had happened — they gave me a full refund on the order.

I ordered almost two hours ago and my order is not even out for delivery. When I try to call the store, I get the runaround through the menu and when it finally gets to where it supposedly lets you talk to the store, no one answers. Can't even cancel the order or make changes in any way.
I've had better pizza at cicis pizza. Never again.

We order from here frequently, and the quality has gone way downhill. Today we made a $60 order and were missing our breadsticks and some sauce, and the pizzas were mostly crust. I’ve currently been on hold for 25 minutes trying to get on the phone with a human being. The whole point of delivery is that I don’t have to leave the house. We tip well. Are they just turning off the phones at the store? It may seem petty to be miffed about breadsticks but not being able to even speak to an employee is ridiculous work. Especially when I’m listening to their whole spiel about “perfect pizza” over and over and over and over….
