Planet Smoothie

We went to Planet Smoothie just now and it was closed at 2:24pm - why does a business state they are open when clearly they are NOT! This place will be out of business before the end of the year! The owner or manager does not seem to care that this place is not being managed well at all. I sent a direct message to the place last week as we were in there and the one young lady that was working was staying in the back and everyone that came in had problems in trying to order or also trying to pay for the yogurt they had gotten. There were middle school boys running in and getting huge samples of the yogurt! They young lady never approached them to tell them that it was inappropriate to be using samples in the manner they were using them. They got more yogurt than I can imagine in those tiny cups - stacked very high! It could be a great place but until the owners really start showing up - it will be closed by end of year 2026!

I wish I could give “0” stars. Don’t waste your time here. The orangeburg road location is better,Faster, and more effective.

Love coming here! The smoothies are great. Have a wide variety for different interests. The staff is absolutely the sweetest. Every time I go in they are always super friendly with a smile on their face. I have asked for recommendations and they give the best ones! Defiantly would tell anyone to stop in.
