2nd time trying this location and each time has been disappointing. Customer service is poor on so many levels. I waited at the speaker for minutes until I asked if anyone was there. To only get an annoyed response from a young lady telling me wait a minute. After a few more moments, she spoke again. I proceeded with my order. I asked for all chicken to be classic, not spicy. When I got home, I found that my oder was a mixture of spicy and classic. Not what I ordered. The chicken itself seemed to be under cooked and over cooked...like it was rushed. Biscuits were hard and the fries were cold. This was the same type of service I received the first time. I love Popeye Chicken. Since there are not many locations, we have to frequent this one. So many changes need to be made to upgrade thus location. I hope someone from leadership takes these issues seriously.

I switched over to Bojangles. The service has dropped horribly, last two times I ordered spicy fried chicken and got regular, just went there knowing they weren't taking cash unless u had correct change so I didn't have any on me, and come on who has exact change these days and now they told me the card reader wasn't working.. seems they probably just want you to round money up to make more.. the people working there lately seem to care less if you are there or not.. so good bye Popeyes as much as I liked you in the past you have lost my business

Ordered 12 piece meal, with an extra side. One side was half filled (see photo). Other 2 sides were 2/3 filled. The chicken has ZERO flavor, tasted like lightly salted battered chicken. We had to pull off batter balls from the chicken tenders in order to eat them. I know things are different post covid, but it seems like we paid for the wish version of pop eyes. We picked up our food on the way home from work, during rush hour. which means going back is just a stressful as dealing with the traffic. This is just a disappointment.

I was so excited to finally get to eat at the Popeyes because it’s my all-time favorite well upon pulling up to make my order I sit there for five minutes and no one even spoke to me or greeted me through the microphone so I pulled around to the window and someone was sitting in the window I assumed waiting on their food only to find out that they were just talking with their friends so after sitting there for another six minutes it was finally my turn to the window after I place my order then I find out that they threw everything away that I couldn’t order mind you they close at 12 I’ve been sitting there for 15 minutes almost and still had 10 minutes left before closing this Popeyes is definitely a letdown from my previous experiences. Definitely don’t waste your time and hit sonic or the new hooey Magoo

I don't want to leave them a bad review, because the manager looked like he was doing his best, but they really need to fix the staffing issue because the process from ordering to the window takes 10x the amount of time it should, we waited 45 minutes.

The cashier was running me down about my order not coming with items, but I spoke with the general manager, and she handled the problem. I shouldn't have to ask for items I paid for, but overall, the food was good, and the manager was very professional...January 18th went on my lunch break, didn't get my biscuits, and called, and no one answered the phone... I am tired of not getting all the items I paid for.
