I thought the service was great. The area looked clean and all was polite. But the food itself just wasn't there...Meatballs and cause we're cold to the touch.Philly was also cold and had this "sweetness" to it I wasn't expecting.I think something isn't keeping the meat hot enough.Still ate it all though lol.

This was great. I ordered the steak and cheese. I finally found a great place for cheese steak subs. I have been searching since Phillys shut down the portion was excellent and the steak was perfect. My only wish is to have the option for plain sub roll instead of seassame hoagie roll as the sesame slightly overpowered the taste. Regardless I would still recommend as it is the best steak and cheese I have had post covid 8.3/10. I would also recommend the pepper poppers they are amazing had mozzarella and prosciutto stuffed in them in olive oil omg!! Yum

Would love to be able to give a review of the food, but we ended up walking out. Last night (Feb 10) me and my wife stopped in to get take out. We picked out our chips and dessert. We waited at the counter for 10 minutes while three people worked in the back. While they may have been busy, we were never acknowledged or looked at. We assumed that they didn't want our business so we left. Don't think we will be going back.

We tried this for the first time the other day and wow. My first bite was wow. It was sooo good. I don't typically like just turkey and cheese, but since I had to get the kid one, might as well try it. I could have ate the entire sandwich, which he did and that says a lot! Tried the chicken parm, also delicious! Wish it had a little more sauce or a side to dip in, but still very good. The Philly was delicious too! Will definitely be back!!

Great little shop for fresh hoagies. Be patient as they make each hoagie fresh. Primo Hoagies is so much better than getting a sub from Subway. I ordered the Tuna Diablo with yellow peppers. The hoagie was very good and fresh. I've been here several times already and have always had a good experience. They have steak, chicken or veggie options available for you to choose from.

My wife and I, both Italians grew up in the Bronx, stopped by to pick up a sandwich for lunch. We had the chicken cutlet with provolone and broccoli rabe on a seeded Italian bread. Didn’t have high hopes buying Italian hero in SC. Wasn’t even sure they knew what broccoli rabe was ?. Exceeded expectations! Tasty and plentiful. Middle size sandwich enough to share. Will certainly recommend.Note: In da Bronx, sandwiches on Italian bread are called heros. Not subs, wedges or hoagies!

Was my first time and I was not impressed, hoping it was just the sandwich that I picked. It came with a chicken cutlet and lettuce only. Too dry to eat. Will try again with a different selection.

Friday night and in town visiting with family. We were debating going somewhere to eat but decided to stay home and order in. We decided to try PrimoHoagies and used Grubhub to place our order. Got a sharp Italian with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, oil and vinegar and got peppers and pickles on the side. The sandwich was just okay. I had to add extra vinegar and I put some oregano and pepper on it just to add some flavor. My first few bites without my added seasoning were pretty blah. I only ate half. I can tell they use decent ingredients but their sandwiches aren't for me. Maybe ordering and eating at the restaurant makes a difference? Not sure. They added some coupons to the bag but to be honest they probably won't be used.

I went there with my daughter we had the old Italian and the chicken Philly. They were both phenomenal. The staff was nice and polite. The prices were a little higher but you get what you pay for. I hope they are around a while as I would go back often.Wheelchair accessibility: When we were there we saw a lady come in and she was in a wheelchair.
