What an experience!! Not only was this my first time at this location, it was also my first time at ANY Ruby Tuesday in decades. I am so glad this location was my reintroduction. It was girls night out and we had a blast there. When we entered we could tell that they were understaffed (like most places these days). But because of the sweet greeting and welcome got from the bartender-Taylor , we decided to stay. Best decision ever! Because they were short staffed, Taylor was server, greeter bartender, to name a few hats. Her attitude and personality was so upbeat and pleasant to spite being in constant demand. She helped each of us decide what menu items to enjoy. Everything she suggested after briefly interviewing our likes an dislikes, were deliciously spot on. She made us feel like we were the only patrons is the restaurant. Our girls night out was extra enjoyable because of Taylor. Thank you Taylor. Then as an added bonus, the manager, Christina, took the time to sit at our table for few minutes to engage with us. Talk about the royal treatment! Thanks to Taylor and Christina, we were treated like 3 ruby red gems. I highly recommend this Ruby Tuesday location.
Ms. Sandy was the only server in this restaurant. She never missed a beat! Absolutely awesome customer service!!!!

There was only one server in there and two other ladies that sat at the bar the whole time laughing and giggling, while he was running around seating people getting drinks doing food, cleaning up tables, etc. people were getting up and walking out. The food was not done nothing but kids in the back cooking and nobody there to guide them because the two ladies by the bar supposedly “managers”, we’re too busy talking to each other and laughing and on their phones. I believe the guys name was Zach B. He was trying his best and was so sweet and tried to be as accommodating as possible. And when I asked him what the other two ladies were supposed to be doing, he just shrugged and said they keep saying they’re doing paperwork, but the only “paper work “ I saw them doing was texting on their phones and the only “business” I heard them talk about was their own personal lives while they’re giggling. The boy needs a raise, and those other two ladies need to be fired. If they really are managers they should be ashamed.

Recently dined here with my fiancé this Saturday, and received the most horrendous food. Ordered our food and overheard another customer sending back the same thing I had ordered. Fiancé ordered the fried shrimp, salmon with broccoli and mashed potatoes. I ordered the ribs and fries, when the food arrived the shrimp was so chewy and rubbery and not even what shrimp should be like. We asked for the salmon with no bourbon glazed and received it anyways and it tasted like freezer. The mashed potatoes were cold as ice and the broccoli was good but that shouldn’t be the only good thing about her meal. When my ribs and fries arrived the meat was so tough I couldn’t even pull it apart I had to cut it with a knife, upon further notice I identified a black slimy substance on the bottom of the ribs. I had 2 bites of the ribs and had an awful after taste, the fries were so soggy and inedible. Called the waitress over and told them that all of the food was disgusting and did not pay for it and left. After leaving about 5 minutes later, the bad taste from the ribs came back and I became sick and vomited. Do not eat here please the food is not good and you shouldn’t be getting sick from the food you consume. This place used to be a staple during my childhood and is an absolute disappointment of what it has become now. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

So I dine In from out town was on vacation and this is one the spots I ate. Just want say that I was amazed by the service I got David did a fantastic job he greeted me and his costumer service was just phenomenal I wish a lot of other places had more workers like David the food was great also my order was correct I loved that thank you David again your awsome!

Just moved to sc came from NC we had one down there and I missed it . Ordered half rack of ribs the sauce was good, as far as the meat those were not fall off the bone ribs they were very hard to chew also ordered loaded fries as my side. Fries were nasty cheese didn’t even look like it was melted. Worst $21 I’ve spent my life on with food. Not coming back
