Me, my grandma and my mom ate here at Seasons of Japan on Friday afternoon. This our first time here and the food was delicious. The customer service was great! Hope to come back soon!

We ordered the Bento Box. Not one item was the same as in the pic of the item on the menu. Certainly not worth the $34 spent for two Bento Boxes and two small teas. We won't be back!

It's the same restaurant as Japan, they just went under and renamed it. If you want food poisoning, this is th place to go.

Gone thru drive thru to order and told young lady express steak bowl and once got down road look at food an completely wrong food I order. Was rang up for super bowl an not what I wanted. They won't reach out an fix issue. If anybody want good hibachi take out go to Ginza grill in west Ashley. Food quality is superb

Drive thru service. Great customer service and I really love the food. Also the prices are great for the amount of food you get. ?

I have not been here in awhile. In fact, it was called Seasons of Japan the last time I ate here. Don't even know when the name changed. I was hungry and in the mood for some hibachi so this was the first place I thought of. I drove up and it was not crowded at all. This is the type of restaurant that most people order from to go versus dining in. Pre-covid I would say that more people dined in.I got my usual order of Hibachi Steak and Chicken with the Veggie Dinner side. I really wish they would put the veggie dinner side as the side that comes with the hibachi meal. The veggie dinner side is a stir fry of mushrooms broccoli zucchini onions and something else I can't remember right now at the top of my head and it's so good. Service is quick as usual and the staff is always friendly. The only downer I would say this time was the cleanliness of the utensil / condiments area. They would need to have someone checking it regularly because there was white sauce spilled on the counter and it look like it had been there for a little while. The place could use some lighter colors because it was kind of dark in there, but otherwise it's a great place to pick up a quick meal that is large enough to have leftovers for the next day.

For my birthday I ordered delivery from Grubhub for myself. I mentioned it was my birthday and wanted plenty of white sauce. Lol. It was on the late side about 8:45. So when I ordered it said it would be 9:30 or maybe even 9:45 before I would get it. I was really craving it so I was ok with it. When it was getting time for it to arrive I look at the delivery status and my delivery time has changed to 10:15, which was confusing since the restaurant closed at 9:30 I thought. Then my phone rang, it was the restaurant. They said nobody had shown up and wanted to know if I wanted them to bring me my food. I stumbled a second because I was like I paid someone already I don't have any cash. They said it's your birthday right? We just wanted to make sure you got your dinner! I said thank you so much! Within about 10 minutes a couple nice young people showed up and brought me my food with a big bowl of white sauce with happy birthday written across it. Lol. I was so touched and appreciative. They certainly did not have to do that. They were obviously on their way home after work. It was an extra mile that not many people would have made today. After receiving my order I looked and I had received an email from Grubhub that my order had been canceled. Well damn...thanks Grubhub...glad I hadn't depended on you! Seasons if Tokyo you guys rock!

I ate at this location recently and the rice was hard, vegetables not fresh, steak tough and old bubble gum and shrimps were liked dried from two days ago. For what l paid..it wasn't worth it. Will not return. Many of these restaurants serves two days old food and it makes you feel very bad.Parking: AvailableWheelchair accessibility: Unavailable to see

This is the first time I’ve eaten here since it changed to “seasons of Tokyo”. The food is disgusting. The chicken is slimy, fatty and tasted very “old”, veggies were over cooked and tasteless, the steak was hard and tasteless. Used to love seasons of Japan but apparently corners have been cut on the food preparation. Disappointed to say the least.

I enjoy their chicken bowls but when you sit in line for over half an our before they close and wait to be served then you expect to be served despite the time they get to you. finally got to the front of the line ro be told it was 5:01 and they are closed.

Place is now called Seasons of Tokyo. We've been here several times when it was Seasons of Japan. Don't know what happened or changed but the food has changed. We ordered the Shrimp and Chicken, Chicken, and Shrimp bowls. All bowls lacked the taste from before. Not very good. Plenty of rice and very little meat. Even the white sauce changed. Not very good as well. Very disappointed in the food and the price seemed to increase. I know it's fast food but not very good fast food. Service was pretty good though.

Ordered medium chicken teriyaki bowl with white rice substitute for my husband and there was leftover. I got a pepper chicken Junior bowl with white rice and I did eat the whole thing because I was hungry but I could have had leftover. I thought the pepper chicken was with red and green pepper, but it was black pepper. All the chicken was very tender and it was excellent. The side salad had a lot of cabbage in it which my husband could not eat. And the ginger dressing was more ginger than the carrot ginger dressing from New England Japanese restaurants. Everything was excellent.
